If anything negative occurs I will update. So far seems to be a great smoker. FYI - I rarely do reviews and thought I actually would post on this purchase

Good product and great service
I bought this pipe a year ago and have been enjoying it. It's my first churchwarden style pipe. It smokes very smoothly and has a great feel overall. The one weak spot is the stem. It's a pretty flimsy plastic. I had read other reviews saying it broke so treated it with a little extra care. Over the holidays I went on a long road trip. During this trip my pipe was stored in my leather satchel. When I pulled out the pipe the stem had broken in half :( I have another pipe so used it for months. Last week I wrote Mr. Brog to see if he had replacement stems I could buy and explained that the stem broke. He wrote back within a few days asking for my address and said he's send me a replacement stem. It arrived yesterday and I'm happy to have this pipe functioning again. Overall I'd say this pipe is good. It's on the low end of churchwardens so don't expect a Peterson. The bowl is very well made and the replacement stem seems to be more sturdy. Excellent service!

Hard draw but a cool smoke.
It took no time to break in. Actually, the very first bowl was relatively pleasant. If you're used to Chariton's and Savinelli's, it's going to seem an extraordinarily hard draw. I smoke a heavy latakia-perique blend, and the taste coming from this pipe was quite good. My only objection is that it is difficult to clean the stem. Even with the thin pipe cleaners, designed for church warden style pipes, it's too tight to run them through. One last addition, I did drill the shank, as it clogged every other bowl, to the point that you couldn't even ram a paper clip through it. However, that's less than a sixty second job ... and the pipe has smoked wonderfully following that.

Smooth and stylish. Good pipe for the price.
Feels cheap but smokes like a pro. Plastic stem had me wondering but it turned out to be great. This is more of a sitting pipe. It is light in weight so you can hold it in your mouth but the plastic stem gets chewed up easily. I like to work and puff but I still enjoy this pipe very much. Great for beginners as i am one and enjoy it very much.

A Good Economical Churchwarden
This pipe was shipped fast and was as described. At this price point I would call the quality good. The bowl was a little smaller than I expected but it can provide a good 15-20min smoke. The bowl does get a little hot toward the end. The stem separates from the bowl for easy cleaning. I would buy again.

Dad likes it
I don't know anything about pipes. I got it for my dad's birthday and he says he likes it.

Excellent Pipe, will buy more from Mr. Brog
After smoking just a couple bowls, this has already become my favorite pipe in my collection. If you are in search of a churchwarden style pipe, look no further than this right here. This was my first pipe from Mr. Brog, and it definitely will not be my last. For the money, you cannot get a better pipe. The quality is amazing, finish is very nice, and it smokes excellently. The least expensive churchwarden at my favorite local smoke shop was 5x this price!

Great Style, Lousy Execution
I loved this pipe when it first arrived. The stem felt flimsy, but it was going to be a porch-smoker, not a pipe for working out in the field.Smoked nice, the long stem really mellows the draw. Then the problems started. The finish on the bowl bubbled and blackened. I have broken in several new pipes before, so I believe this was due more to the finish materials than due to me overheating the bowl. The brass-colored ring at the mortise also discolored, and then just opened at the seam. About that time, the mortise and tenon would no longer fit snugly. I can no longer smoke the pipe without a small shim to tighten that gap.
