## Questions & Answers

**Q: the machines can support 10 mil?**
A: I haven't had any problems using 10 mil laminating pouches with this laminator. To be clear, I use the Apache AL18P Laminator with laminating pouches that are 10 mil thick. They always turn out fine. I always pass it through the laminator twice. And I use a cover folder to keep from getting adhesive on the rollers.

**Q: My laminator won't heat up to the higher settings?  Is it burned out?**
A: Wont heat up

**Q: Could I laminate 17” x 24” poster with this?**
A: yes as long as the 17" is fed in first.

**Q: What is the heaviest pouch it will accept...7mil?, 10mil?, 15mil?**
A: Hi, we have used from a 3mil, 5mil, and 7mil, with no issues.  I currently have a contact that can answer from the company that could better answer your questions if you like.  Cheetah Mounts <assiacs@gmail.com>.
