I’ve worn compression wear for 10 years+ and these by far are the best for me. I love the hook and eye closure along with zip for additional support. For me these are long enough to go under shorts and tuck into trousers (I only wear them for work) and low enough at the neck that you can’t see the vest with your top button undone. Only 4 stars as they discolour quite quickly (I prefer white so I can wear under any colour shirt. Also the zips lost their paint finish quite quickly. Other than Thai they retain their shape well (I was on 60 degrees) and would highly recommend.

Im a 36-38 inch waist, i'm a weight lifter so quite broad on top and bought XXL, it fits fine. At first i thought it might be a squeeze but that's the idea I suppose. I'll be using mine for the gym to try and correct my form / posture, but i can certainly see this being worn under normal clothing. Its basically invisible and flattens your tummy really well.Its definitely well made and the quality of the material is good. It has 4 hooks inside the zip which you need to use before zipping up, these help to compress your flabby bits , then the zip reinforces that. For the first few minutes it feels strange but you quickly adjust and wearing it for long stretches shouldn't be an issue.

The vest seems well made and the compression is very good.I found this a bit to restrictive after an hour so I ordered the next size up which is a much better fit and have worn today for 6 hours with no discomfort. I would recommend these but be careful with the sizing as they are a very snug fit.Update...after 3 months use the bottom half of the garment offers very little compression now .

The size guide shown is for a long sleeve shirt (only noticed after purchase my fault) I'm 10 stone chest of 41 inch L is miles too small sleeves cut in waste of money. I have a black one exactly the same as this one and stupidity presumed it would fit so binned all the packaging.

Went with the size chart but it was clearly too small. I did not attempt to push it as I had the impression it was going to rip apart.Returned it for a refund. Hopefully I found another one (the shirt that has instructions to wear it as a “dress”, feet first) which is much better

This is a good quality product. I ordered large (I'm a 34 waist, 40 chest) Any smaller & I don't think I'd get myself in it... which is the point, it's meant to be tight to hold it all in at the waist, love handles and stomach.Put a few pounds on during lock down and I need to get into my favourite wedding suit so this will do the job for sure.Happy with it.

The material is comfortable. The fit is great; not to tight or too loose. It is not too thick like others I have ordered, it is breathable and I have tried others which were just terrible. This product definitely does give those a little confidence if you don't feel you are as in shape. Reasonable price, quick delivery and I like how it is not just a zip that holds it together. Will definitely be buying another again.

Very good I’m not massive or anything but I’m definitely chubbyish and I get worried when i feel my small man boobs bouncing up and down when i walk😂😂 this helps a lot and now i look fit, and it’s very comfortable 👍 make sure you measure yourself and get the correct size.
