I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great. All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin). As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily. This is a nice set, and I just wish it came with a bag to store the loops in. Review: Great bands! Very happy. - These are my favorite bands. The strong one is my favorite and they last a good long while. I use them daily folks! Great for side squats and leg lifts if u put them around your ankle. The heavy one is nice and sturdy. It also comes with a small training manual if you need it. I purchased in place of the band that comes with the Brazilian Butt DVDs; the band included is extremely weak and cheap. There isn't much difference between the blue and green but, are both for advanced users. I lent them to a male friend who is an avid cycler and his strength was tested with the green band and quickly felt the burn and tired. The red band is great for beginners and amateur athletes and, with repetitive work outs accomplish great results. Another plus, the bands are the perfect thickness as to not roll up while using.
