Is it meant to be so floppy? The one in the picture looks quite sturdy. The one I have received has no structure, definitely no orthopaedic support.

My bed is floppy also..must admit I was more tempted by the warm soft comfortable bit etc..and easy to wash...whether its other benefits are plausible or factual..I've no idea...it isn't sturdy in a way you would have thought to be beneficial..but my dog sleeps and appears very comfortable in it..sorry I cant help further..xx

What is the metal screw stud for please ? It was lose in the package

I don’t know it was probably a mistake.just be very care if you stand on the bed as the middle is very slippery it’s lethal

I got my dogs donut bed and it came with a small decorative screw thing that looks like it should screw into something, but I’m lost to where it goes
