Not what I expected
Just got this set of earbuds, and gave it three stars because I took two stars off for two flaws with this $50 "deal"!Pros:Great sound, and holds its battery charge, at least still100% after 24 hours.Cons:Minus one star = Very difficult to remove earbuds from charger. You MUST have fingernails to get them out. I use a pocket knife. Horrible design flaw to assume everyone has long. fingernails!Minus one star = Directions are written. on a very very small piece of paper which even using a magnifying glass is hard to read. There is no reason to go cheap on instructions.Still testing this out, but if it still has other issues, it is going back for refund!!!UPDATE DEC. 2, 2019:RETURNED FOR REFUND!!! Too many problems with the way it operates, speakers sound dropped off on one side ( right side), lost connection when I touched earbuds to make them fit more snug to my ears. I'm sure their instructions explain how this works, but when even a magnifying glass is not enough to read instructions, you realize you bought something that ISN'T USER FRIENDLY! As I said previously, these buds are very difficult to remove from the charger.I've had enough of having to fight with this overpriced JUNK!

Cat scratchy sound. Not worth the cost.
I wanted so bad to like these. I had hoped I would write an awesome review but sadly I can't do that. I am surprised by the amount of people who rave about these buds? Most of them must have terrible hearing and I'd recommend they go get their ears checked out. Okay lets start...The good things...The box they come in looks good. They do actually workThey are quite comfy in your earsThey have a great rangeThe battery life really is good. The bad things...The sound quality is terrible! I mean finger nails down a chalk board terrible. Oh my goodness why do these sound so scratchy. I've tried these on my Ipad, Pc and even my phone and the sound quality is exactly the same, tinny, scratchy.Base?? The base on these is terrible, its practically non existent. I've had better base on a cheap $8 pair of headphones!Pairing.. Yes once paired they do work and the range is actually quite impressive but why are they so hard to pair? Again I've seen cheaper buds pair quicker and easier. Take one bud out of the charge box and for some reason you take a min or two before you take the left bud out and the left bud wont sync up until you drop it back into the box and take it out again. I suppose its a minor problem but it becomes annoying after a while. Then there is the biggest and in my humblest of opinions the biggest problem. Getting the darn stupid things out of the charge box. I have no nails, I'm a guy with real life problems and my nails practically don't exist lol. Try getting these buds out of the box!??! I push them, pull them and the magnet pulls them back. Eventually I get them out but why on earth is it so tough to get them out?! ANNOYING!!To sum this all up and in case like me you occasionally skim the reviews ;o) Yes they work but are they worth it? If you can live with the scratchy sound quality and the fiddly charge box ear bud enclosure then yes. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Everything I wanted. After trying them, Everything I didn't.
I probably just received a bad set since most reviews are really good. So I can just write this about the one I received.Pros:-Good Customer Service.-Large capacity battery case. Easy to open slide cover.-Buds fit nicely in ear. Comfortable. Easy to adjust in ear without hitting action buttons.Cons:-Extremely hard to get the buds out of case if you don't have fingernails. You can't grip the edges, only the top dome part. You can only try to pry it out with one of your fingers, and good luck with that. I try every which way and when I finally do get it out I'm trying to juggle the case in one hand and catch the earbud in the other before it drops. I read one comment that the person just turns the case over and gently shakes it and they drop out. I tried that, my magnets are way stronger I'm guessing. I would have to use a lot of force smacking these against my palm if I wanted them to come out. I don't think that would be good for the case, the earbuds or my hand.-Had defective left earbud. Volume noticeably lower than right.-Sound quality really trebly. I mean really really trebly. The best way I can describe it is it sounds like I'm listening to just a tweeter. I listen mostly to podcasts or audiobooks, and couldn't take more than 10 minutes listening to even just a single earbud without starting to get a headache. I haven't gotten a headache in over 8 years.I wrote to the seller right away after trying them to ask about the volume being lower in the left earbud and for solutions I could try. They were helpful and gave me suggestions and did their best to resolve my problem. They were great at that, I would have given these 0 stars so I'm letting it be the 1 star for the customer service. But as hard as it is to get the things out of the case, I won't ever use them, I'll just grab one of my other pairs of headphones or earbuds. Add that to the sound quality that I wouldn't use them for either, so I'm just returning these.

Removing the buds from the case - not for the weak
Took a chance based on price and reviews. ME: I'm a road warrior and owned a pair of Airbuds. I did not want to pay "Apple" prices so I purchased these buds. I prefer something smaller for travel and did not need an extra battery. The GOOD: Sound was good, phone feature, and battery worked well, the sliding door is pretty cool. The BAD:I don't recall any reviewer MENTIONING HOW DIFFICULT it is to remove the buds from the case. The magnets are very strong. Perhaps if I had long finger nails it would be easier to access the buds. That said, to avoid having to deal with removing them from the case, I began tucking them in my jacket pocket and during travel I lost one. Oh, and it does take awhile to charge the battery so give it some time. FINAL THOUGHTS: I always try to find the good in a product, in which case I did state some good points and may work for others but accessing those buds is an issue and I will not purchase again.
