Good combination of veggies- everything is good
The only downside of these if that there's not much per container and some of the chips get broken. We really love these. Ours had several PODS of okra in each pack that tastes a lot like crispy fried okra! None were broken. There are also a little Bunches of broccoli that were extremely tasty. the chips are excellent although we had some that were dThe package says that they are fried freeze dried, but the oil level is light and it's just enough to make them tasty. My family really likes these. I wish there were more in each bag.

Great Crunchy Snack!
I am always trying to eat a little healthier (easier said than done, right?), but eating vegetables, especially in variety, can be inconvenient and hard. I often don't enjoy the cooking or chewing of vegetables like okra, sweet potatoes, or broccoli. I also don't always have access to a microwave at work, so softer, easier to eat vegetables aren't always an option. These bags of vacuum fried veggies are a great way to get in an extra serving (or two!) of veggies in a convenient, tasty way. They are very easy to eat, and only leave a little bit of dust/residue from the seasoning and parts of the veggies that naturally fall off a bit. The serving size is a whole bag, so you can enjoy the flavor without having to portion!I love the crunch of the veggies - it makes it more satisfying to eat. There is a light seasoning on the veggies (which includes sugar, but apparently not enough to classify it as 'added sugar') which definitely adds some flavor to it. I would be curious to try the veggies with just a light salt on it instead of the rice bran oil seasoning.Overall, it's a nice snack with good flavors - but you definitely have to like veggies in order to appreciate it, I think. I would consider purchasing again for the quality and convenience of it.

Keep getting pumpkin instead of sweet potato...
I REALLY love how the sweet potato chips taste, but everytime I've ordered them (3 times) I've been sent the pumpkin chips.I wish there was some better quality control because I would definitely get more if I knew I would actually get what I ordered.

Real veggies!
I was pleasantly surprised to see actual veggies when I opened up this bag. There were broccoli, okra, and slices of sweet potato. They have the right amount of crunch and are lightly seasoned. They don’t feel to greasy or overly salted. Each bag has 2g of protein, 3g of fiber, 10 g of fat, and 230 mg of sodium. I would have liked for these chips to have less fat and sodium. I didn’t initially like the taste of the broccoli, but once I had another taste, I couldn’t stop myself from eating the entire bag. As a added bonus, I was able to get my 4 yr old excited about eating broccoli for the first time. I also like that the chips come in a resealable bag. Overall, this snack is not bad. I would likely buy again in the future.

Hard Pass
These are just awful.4 out of 4 people in our household found these to be gross in flavor.Definitely nothing we would ever want to eat or purchase again

Tasty, crunchy snack
These are delicious. They are light and crispy and full of flavor. I have the mixed veggies which consists of broccoli, okra, sweet potato, and pumpkin. They are vacuum fried and are tastier than than veggie chips. Each bag is one serving, although I found them enough to last me the afternoon by eating a handful at a time. The only negative is they are a little pricey.

amazingly cool and wonderful product is also odd, and despite that, you really need to try it
Reviewing: Happy Valley Farms Crunchites Vacuum Fried Vegetable - Mixed Veggie Snack (3 Pack)This is just a super-cool product.I’m not sure I’d actually order it again, since it’s…odd. And a bit pricey. But it’s also sort of wonderful, so I think I would recommend it.The veggies are the shape of the actual veggies, and taste like them, but they’re dry and light and crispy. You probably needs some of these at least once in your life, a bucket list kinda thing, because they’re just that different. You’ve never eaten veggies like this before. Guaranteed.Great aftertaste, great snack, gone too soon.I think you need some of these. I clearly did, without realizing it.Recommended.

Great crunch, but terrible taste.
Ok, so these are super healthy. We get it. But THESE TASTE SO BAD, especially the okra. AVOID THE OKRA. A toddler spit these out, I spit these out, and the dog spit these out and looked at me offended. The only exception being the sweet potato “chips” that were few and far between. I would gladly demolish a bag of those in the name of health. So there are snack options out there that are comparable and appear healthier such as baked goods, but studies show that “baked” snacks contain a high amount of the cancer-causing chemical acrylamide, despite being lower in fat. Boooooo! Whereas, vacuum-fried foods apparently have less carcinogens because the boiling point is reduced. At this point, we’re at an impasse of choosing your vices because it seems like all the packaged foods are out to get us. Buuuuut despite being a health-conscious consumer, I am NOT putting myself (or others!!) through the mental torture of eating these. I know I’m being a drama queen, and I am fortunate enough to have extensive food options versus impoverished countries, but these really do not suit my taste buds.Despite the awful taste of these vacuum-fried snacks (ESPECIALLY THE OKRA), I am glad that I entered the world of vacuum-fried snacks. Although I will NEVER repurchase these, I will definitely be on the lookout for vacuum-fried sweet potato snacks.
