I should have ordered one of these YEARS ago!Awesome concept!

I bought this for my best friend for Christmas and she has thanked me several times for getting it for her. She is 72 years old and does a lot of recreational sewing and she regrets every minute of her life that she did not have this. I am going to order one for me also. Anyone you know who sews will love this handy little tool. It is a must-have ladies!

Definitely not worth 6 bucks, light won't stay on. Would not recommend, will not buy again

Very handy, to have a light for the seams. Especially nice when the stitches are small and matches the fabric too well, a little shadow can bring them out. I don't use it all the time, but I'm glad I have it.

Wow - this one works and the light really does make a difference. The light makes it so much easier to see each stitch you are removing and unlike my last model we purchased elsewhere, this one did not fall apart! Glad to have this.

Arrived very quickly from USA although the return address is Schiedam in Holland. Unpacked it tried switch, no light, checked batteries and noted that there is a paper tab separating the three batteries which has to be removed to make it work. Now works fine good strong light and looks well made from abs plastic and carbon steel, plated. Spare batteries are available under the number LR 41, you will need three of them. Have seen the same product on here at much higher prices with ridiculous postage quoted, this is just as good. RecommendedUpdate, as a stitch ripper this is excellent, cuts with minimum effort, very sharp cutting edge. The point is just right for getting under the tightest stitches, much better than the small ones supplied with sewing machines.
