Did not run very long before draining batteries. Smaller than I had expected and not as many stones as pictured. Delivered a day later than I had hoped even though I paid for 2 day delivery

It's still sitting in a box in my room. Terrible customer service. It wasn't working, so I wanted to send it back, but the owner said I should try to fix it before returning it .... like I know how to fix a fountain ... especially when it's impossible to get to the problem without destroying the whole top. So a broken item, nobody willing to help me out with it, and a very disappointed customer. For those that get a working one: They're awesome! For those who get one that doesn't work: I feel your pain.

Stopped working after three days, Still use it to decorate, but waste of money

This is an updated review. After running it 3 times with it making awful noise, it no longer runs at all. This is a piece of junk. I am so upset with this purchase!!!

i had just bought of these fountains and after reading all the bad reviews i was a little leary about trying it out, and low and behold a worked just great with no loud motor noises, i think a lot of people who write these reviews are just miserable people to begin with and most of the weird noise they here is just inside there heads.

Broke after only a couple uses. Of course, it was purchased as a present, so we were unable to return it so I am stuck with a product that simply doesn't do anything.

I just received it and so totally disappointed!!! It truly is a piece of garbage.Sending it back as I am writing this!
