Not as hungry!
Really does seem to help curb my appetite. Will definitely buy again! Easy to swallow capsules. Didn't notice any side effects.

Made me very jittery and nauseous
I took two capsules as per the instructions. A few hours later I felt really sick, jittery and nauseous. I'm sensitive to caffeine, perhaps that's why I reacted like this. It does a great job suppressing appetite though, I was not hungry at all. But I can't handle feeling this sick.

It helps curb your diet a bit but not as much as I would like. Also, do not take these pills past 4pm if you plan on getting to sleep that night. I experienced heart palpitations my first few days but afterwards I was fine. It gives me the boost of energy I need to drag my butt to the gym.
