But I'm worth it. I like that it's less salty than KK and LC. Restaurant sauces are also very salty. But that's not the major consideration. The flavor is amazing and comes from having been aged in used bourbon barrels. If your don't understand why that's significant, google Kentucky bourbon. It's the best damn soy sauce I've ever tasted.
