BIC Brite Liner Highlighter Set, Chisel Tip, 24-Count Pack, Assorted Colors

I ordered these highlighters with the knowledge that they are a great product and the quantity of 24 is a great value ! BUT...I expected an even distribution of the 5 colors. Was looking forward to the F I V E colors as I needed to basically color code some office things. Well I was very surprised to receive 17 yellow, 2 green, 3 pink, and 2 blue ( No orange ?? ). I am disappointed and decided to ‘pop over here’ to read the description. Maybe I missed something...yeah I did - I didn’t read the reviews ! People mentioned this over and over, my fault - maybe ?? Am I silly for expecting an assortment to mean an assortment, of even distribution of the colors shown ?? I am tired of yellow and now I have more than I’ll need, for the rest of my life !! <—-okay a tad dramatic, but I am STILL sick of yellow. Any one want to trade ?? ;)

These highlighters never disappoint. They have been around for years and they serve their purpose. We have ordered many times and I can say the durability and writing is just perfect. They dry and write fast. It does not bleed through and they are very economical in today's economy.

Bic highlighters are always great! Great colors, and perfect for students or anyone who highlights books etc. I do recommend these.

When they say assorted, they’re not lying, but I was disappointed to find that 14 of 24 in the box I received were yellow. That left ten markers to be assorted into 4 other colors. I expected a more even distribution.

I love to highlight passages in books I read that are important to me so I can refer back to them later. These are the best compared to all other yellow highlighters out there. They are just more expensive than the cheaper generic brands, which run out quicker, dry out quicker, bleed through the page more, are not as comfortable to hold and do not offer the concise sharp point. The price of these fluctuates on Amazon compared to the seller, but not that much. The cool thing about these is that many times I will set one in an open book and walk away forgetting that I haven’t put the lid back on it and then I will come back hours later and it still works perfectly. I do also love the liquid highlighter by Amazon, but it runs out about 4x faster, but sometimes you can get these on a sale on Amazon for a really reasonable price. When the price on these is high, I have resorted to the cheaper highlighters and just deal with it.

Gave as a teacher gift for back to school. Definitely a great brand good quality!

BIC have long been known for their quality. These markers seem to last and last, no matter the vast usage.
