MoroccanoilColor Depositing Mask Packette, 1 Fl. Oz.

Worked well and lasted well. I have long, thick hair, so one sample packet was barely enough. I would buy the full size or two samples if you have a lot of hair. For reference, my hair is down to my waist.

So I am a natural redhead. I am 45 and my hair is getting lighter. I ordered four colors. I have been experimenting with this product for a while now and I finally found the key.I separated my hair into four layered parts. The back the middle back close to the top and the crown.I took a bowl and put some conditioner in it, and then added just a little bit of each color to each bowl separately. I stirred them together until I got the color I desired.I then took the Bordeaux mix and applied it to the bottom of my hair the underneath.The next layer up I put in the copper.The next layer up I put in coralOn my crown I used rose gold.Each color I put separately (just a little of this goes a long way) in a bowl with its own conditioner and apply it separately to each section of my hair and let it sit for about seven minutes before washing it outIt really doesn’t take that long. I thought it would be really time-consuming but if you keep bowls and a spoons in your bathroom, you can just do it quick. I only have to do this once a week and I wash my hair daily.I’m adding pictures of what my hair look like after I did this routine this morning. It is the closest to my natural child shade and I love it!

I normally dye my naturally light mousy brown hair with 5CH medium chocolate brown by One 'N Only Argan Oil permanent hair dye but am trying to stay away from harsh chemicals due to post partum hair loss. The results from this product were alright in covering my regrowth but my greys still poked through. I mixed a full pouch of cocoa and a squirt of bordeaux. The bordeaux i feel is much more pigmented than the cocoa so a little goes a long way. If you are planning on covering your whole head or just want to be thorough, I would suggest buying multiple packs or just getting the full sized product. The consistency is viscous and not very malliable so I was barely able to get my hairline and crown.

Based on the color chart, I had high hopes that the copper would show up well in my brown hair. I did notice a slight tint, but only one other person in my life noticed. And it was gone after two washes. I really liked the shade of tint. Not too red or fake-looking. And my hair did feel a lot softer after use. The package was smaller than I was expecting, but still enough to do my thin, medium-length hair. I probably won’t purchase again but it was a fun way to kick off summer.

this color depositing mask definitely works but it was not the red i was expecting. my formula is more on the dark cherry red side, and this is more red-burgundy, slightly darker than little mermaid/Ariel red. this brought my hair back to life though ! i needed a last minute refresh since my hair appointment wasn’t until later. i was able to get 2 uses from this

I used this color in October. I have a lot of hair and just used one small application.My hair was like flaming red. One picture. I washed my hair multiple times since it ins a temporary color I thought it would fade. It did not. I then read some stuff online and ordered the brown to hopefully dull the overwhelming color. The brown helped a bit (I was able to go out it public), but it was still very wild. I washed my hair a ton the first month. It faded some and was not so intense, but it was still pretty red.Go to the end of January (still red). I took an epsom salt bath. My hair did get in the water. Washed and let dry- I noticed the red was finally fading. So excited- finally!Then my hair fully dried and it has a green to it. In picture.I do not do much with my hair at all. I thought this would be fun to try because it was temporary. Well going on 5 months and it was not fun at all. Not sure how to get rid of the green. It really has been a really annoying stressful ordeal. My suggestion- stay away from this stuff!

The mask is good, the hair feels softer and the Platinim colour coolled down my dyed hair that started to go yellow. Although the package is really small, and if you have a long hair you should buy 2-3 packages or the big bottle. Overall I liked the result, it's very close to the color chart.

Was excited to try a temporary rose pink on my platinum blonde hair.Color arrived quickly and it looked like there was more conditioner in the bottle than I normally use for regular conditioner.I washed my hair and applied the conditioner and massaged it in really well all over my hair, much more thorough than I normally would. The smell was great. Then I took a look in the mirror and it was so uneven 😔 It looked pinker at the top and my roots. I cut the package open to get out every drop to put more in the middle section but no luck. I tried to squeeze some color to the middle section, massaged it even more as good as I could and then washed it off.I used a blow dryer to dry my hair to see if the color would lighten up enough on dry hair but it clearly looked uneven. The color took on in the sections where I applied the squirts of color first I believe - massaging conditioner in like a regular conditioner won’t spread the color even though it feels even distributed if you know what I mean.I stopped drying my hair and washed and conditioned my hair again, using extra shampoo in the areas there hair was pinker.I’m not in love with the final result though it didn’t look hideous after washing some of the color out. I don’t love the rose gold, it looked darker, more like a faint magenta to me, especially at the top of my head - I was aiming for a subtle pastel pink.The unevenness problem could have been solved if there was more color in the package or if I had known I needed 2 packs for my not very thick medium long hair.Will go with a whole bottle and different color next round.
