Review: Be Like B-Complex - This B vitamin pill is the real deal. I definitely like the potency of it, your urine will turn flashlight bright. So I bought these Bluebonnet B-complex to bring my body up to speed and around two months, I noticed the difference. I don't wake up fatigued, my hair doesn't feel as brittle, I'm dealing with allergies much better, my food doesn't just sit in my stomach, I feel more energetic than usual and my red blood cell distribution are much better according to my lab reports. But I'm also doing better with food selection to get the vitamins I need because I'm OLD-er now and health is much more complex. There are no side effects to these vitamins other than needing to wear shades when you pee. These are good quality.
