Smaller cubes have more surface area and melts quicker. The amount of time your ice sphere lasts depends on ambient temperature, but you can expect it to last from 1 to 2 drinks. How to use: • Place the bottom half of the mold on a flat surface and fill it 2/3rds full. • Position the top half of the mold so it lines up and slowly lower it onto the base. This will push the water into the cavities filling the mold to the top. Any excess water will flow over into the spill tray in the lid. • The water level should just touch the overflow holes in the top mold to allow for the water to expand in the freeze process. • Place the ice molds on a level surface inside the freezer. The orbs should be solid in about 4-6 hours, depending on the freezer temperature. • After the round ice cubes are frozen solid remove and place it at room temperature for a 1-2 minutes. • The round ice cubes can be easily removed from the ice molds.
