Wow! I am a huge TRUWOMEN fan, and love all of their original flavors. I have been addicted to their glazed donut bar for a while now, but this is definitely my new favorite. Perfect combo of chocolate and subtle almond flavor, sprinkled with sea salt on top. How can these be Vegan, GF, Non-GMO, and more??? Will be ordering another box soon!

I was introduced to these protein bars in sample form over a year ago, since then I have ordered several boxes. The Zesty Lemon is my favorite. It has great lemon flavor and has 'icing'. I've eaten them at the movies when the urge to snack is strong. The Saltylicious Amond is second best (that I've tried) I love chocolate and salt and these hit the spot better than eating a fist full of candy. Cookie Dough is ok, it's more dough than anything else. I think they put one or two chocolate bits each bar. There must be someone standing at the end of the line putting them in because it's always at the bottom of the bar. Overall it's good because it has a chocolate-ish coating. My least favorite was the Smother Fudger Peanut Butter, maybe I got a bad batch but some of them were rock hard on the ends. It made it difficult for eating but since I paid around $30 for a box of 12 you better believe I got them all down (ok, maybe there is still one in the cupboard). None of the other flavors have intrigued me enough to buying them, not a huge fan of donuts and orange cream I am wary of.These bars have a chewy consistency and they are not candy bars. Anyone trying them and thinking that's what it will be like, will be highly disappointed. I've tried other brands that claim to be healthy, with protein and delicious, but honestly these are the best I have found.

I didn’t open the box right away since it said lemon so I was surprised when every bar was the cookie dough variety. I love chocolate so I figured even tho life didn’t hand me lemons I would still make lemonade. They are a little too sweet for my taste and the chocolate is so strong that the cookie dough aspect is totally lost. If you’re looking for a sweet chocolate snack I guess they’re fine. Not sure if the lemon variety would be less sweet or not and if I decide to give them another shot I will update the review. In the meantime my advice is if you order this product open up the box immediately to make sure they are what you ordered

This product was a HUGE disappointment. I’ve had a few other products from here in different flavors and they are awesome. This one was so bad that I took one bite and threw it away. What a waste of a whole box of bars. I won’t buy this one again. The lemon and the orange flavors are nothing like I expected. I have two boxes full of them that I will not be eating at all. I LOVE, LOVE the donut ones and the cookie dough. They are AMAZING. The citrus ones are a let down.

1. Smother Fudger Peanut Butter - Top Pick, Chocolate and Peanut butter is hard to get wrong.2. Daydreaming About Donuts - Blown away by how close these tasted to a real glazed donut.3. Zamn Good Zesty Lemon - A nice citrusy bite to these ones.4. I Scream for Orange Cream - Middle of the road, texture is too close to the donuts and the flavor misses the mark.5. Oh Oh Cookie Dough - These had a bit too much emphasis on the chocolate, not enough on the dough.6. Saltylicious Almond Love - For fans of nuts, which I am not. Flavor was ok, but the texture is nutty.Now if they could only stock the Red Velvet again, I would have tried the whole gambit.Oh, but for the price you'll pay, I'd recommend just going to your local grocery store to find something more affordable.

I actually am not much of a lemon fan..but this Flavor happenEd to be the only one available when I first found these products.I tried the donut later ..but lemon is my fav. I have Endometriosis. I have humbly put into remission all naturally..and literally can’t eat very much with how sensitive my immune system is.These are safe for me to eat with all my restrictions..and I enjoy taste. To be super honest when you switch to plant based, in my opinion, your not going to get the same type of taste or liking of regular food nor is the size of bar the same(your getting healthier ingredients). But after time I have got use to taste change, love this flavor best.. and again my super sensitive belly is never irritated after eating. I tend to eat several at a time too, but it hasn’t effected my weight.Such big fan!Thank you!

I bought all 4 flavors because I couldn’t decide ha! My fiancé and I were so excited to try them, but unfortunately to my surprise, I only like the donut flavor, hence the 3 star review. The lemon one didn’t taste very lemony to me, the pb in the pb fudge one tasted a bit funky to me, and the cookie dough didn’t taste like cookie dough or the type of chocolate I was expecting. I’m super bummed about that, especially given the rave reviews and higher price point vs similar bars. Maybe I got a defective batch or something, or maybe it’s just my palet. Usually I’m not too picky though. I’ll def order the donut flavor again at least! I’m putting these in a gift basket for a friend because the packaging is cute and maybe she’ll find the flavors yummy like the other reviewers.

Already ordered and received a second box! Delicious, quite filling, contains nothing harmful. Nice balance of salt and sweet. Only small problem is that the chocolate melts on my fingers. If I refrigerate it, the chocolate breaks off in pieces. Mildly annoying, but not enough to keep me from reordering.

Purchase the lemon one on Tuesday and received today. One bite and OMFinG!!! Great for those cutting out sweets as it’s sooo yummy. I was expecting a weird taste and texture And was really surprised. Tried so many protein or meal replacement bars and I’m in love. I am bummed a bit on the price point or else I’d literally buy one of every flavour. I wold so far recommend the lemon one if your a lemon lover. Tastes fresh!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase because of the price, but vegan selections aren't always what one would like.I'm so glad that I decided to buy this.These are really tasty and even somewhat addicting! I'd recommend for sure to anyone looking for a protein boost in a yummy way.Most protein bars out there are like doppelgangers in a wrapper; all similar. These are unique and going on my love list.

Tastes great. Like a protein boost and a treat all in one. Arrived a lot quicker this time around which is amazing! Very pleasantly surprised with that.. would love to have access to more of the flavours!

OK honestly I have tried better bars I do not like it it taste like you’re eating rubber One of the bars came open Definitely will never read purchase it again and there is sugar in it

If you like lemon, get these. They are delicious. Will keep buying these.
