This device does not hold a charge. Will only work as long as you keep the charger plugged to the wall. Very disappointed.

I'm very disappointed in the sound quality. It has a muffled, muddy sound with no definition in the mid- or high-range. I can't use these for music at all. Sound quality is barely adequate for audio books, podcasts, and making phone calls. However, I'm having to turn the volume all the way up to hear clearly. I imagine if I wear these while mowing the grass or any other activity with significant background noise, I won't be able to hear audio well enough. The ear tips included are a little big and uncomfortable for me. I'll have to swap them with tips from another pair of earphones. Honestly, the sound quality is so bad, they might not get any use.

This was the 2nd set I ordered. They are the loudest bluetooth headphones and I like that. However, they're very cheaply made. The charging port was loose on the first set and broke within days. The latest pair lasted 5 months before dying out.

I am very happy with these. I primarily will use them for when I an driving or working up on a ladder. The sound quality is very good for my Pandora from my phone and answers calls easily. Sound quality on calls is good too, and people hear me fine as well. Haven't had it long enough to address battery life.

Sound quality is terrible. Luckily, I received a decent coupon and it wasn't too much of a loss. Will probably use for mowing the yard or the gym. Other than that, they're nothing special.

Very happy with this product. I like the neckband. It is comfortable. I like how the cords are short and no more tangles. Easy to set up on my Smart phone. People on the other end can hear me clearly. I would buy it again.
