My son really likes this alarm clock. He really likes watching the lights on it. He said it mesmerizes him until he gets bored and falls a sleep. the problem is thought that feature drains the batter. So we have asked him to stop doing that to extend the battery. I wish there were a plug in option with this alarm clock. I also wish that it was easier to turn the alarm off. Otherwise, it has nice wake up sounds, is loud enough, and is aesthetically pleasing. We have had it for a few weeks.

Interesting clock. Cute. Fun sounds (rain, animal sounds, etc). Unfortunately, the clock does not have a backlight (i.e. it does not have a light on the face so it is not viewable in the dark unless you press the top of the clock). Then it lights up AND the sounds come on. Loudly. As far as we can tell you cannot turn the sounds off, so if you want to check the time in the middle of the night (anytime in the dark), be prepared to deal with the loud noise as well. Bummer. Rather cute clock for a kiddo otherwise, just not overly practical for someone that may want to check the time during the dark hours.

Don't buy this. Doesn't work, day of week or alarm on either of the two clocks I bought for my children. Plus my daughter dropped her clock once. It broke in two and stopped functioning even when reassembled. Shame on Amazon for selling such poor quality junk.

Also, it doesnt show AM or PM, and the temperature is only in Celsius. We couldnt use it as an alarm clock because it went off at 7pm instead of am. I got it in October but saved for Christmas. We havent gotten to use it much because it keeps resetting itself. I dont know if it is defective or what's going on, but really bummed out, my son really was excited for it

I like the clock, it works well. However, there are a few things I can't figure out - but it could be user error. I just wanted to wake up light and can't figure out how to not have the alarm sound or to adjust the sound because it's pretty loud. Also, I can't figure out how to turn the alarm off if we don't want it to sound. I bought it because my 4 year old was getting up too early, and it has definitely helped to solve that problem, so over all I am satisfied.

It's cute and colorful but I found the instructions useless. Whomever wrote the instructions didn't meet the most basic questions. I just wanted a small clock to view when I open my eyes. I would have used it as an alarm clock but afraid it wouldn't wake me up. I still can't figure out how to set the alarm for AM or PM. It was set for 8:30 and it went off at 8:30 PM. Not exactly what I needed. I scanned the instructions several times and cannot find where to set for AM or PM. Also there was no screw to secure the batteries. I do not recommend this for basic use, but only to view the time, period!!

This little clock does a lot! You can have it as a color-changing nightlight, a steady color light, there’s a radio on it ( which is hard to get the hang of at first), it’s an alarm clock that can be set to turn the sunlight setting on gradually as you wake up! You can choose regular alarm clock sound or the radio. There’s nature sounds. I was honestly impressed with this and my son loves having this in his room. It’s a modern looking design that does so much! I gave it a lower rating for installation because it’s not completely user friendly and does take some time to learn how to mess with the different settings.
