great lucille ball collection
this was a great collection especially since you can see where they were just trying to figure out how to use lucille in comedy. the third movie was hands down the best and had some amazing comedic moments. the final movie was fun in the respect that we got to see lucille play a villain role which was very uncommon. over all this was a great collection and i enjoyed it completely.

Fun to watch screwball comedies
If you love Lucy, you'll enjoy these movies. Screwball comedy, unbelievable situations, but good for a laugh when you're stressed out. My favorite is Miss Grant Takes Richmond with William Holden.

great value for some great 1940s comedies
Great deal on some often overlooked Lucille Ball films. Good reproduction values, too. So for anyone who loves 1940s comedies or Lucy, go for it.

Somewhat dissapointing "Lucy" collection has some "interesting" films!
Some obscure "Lucy" films are contained in this collection, and quite frankly, after waiting a long time to receive my discs (due to the Canadian postal system) I was somewhat disappointed with these films. "The Fuller Brush Girl" and "Miss Grant Takes Richmond" are best that this collection offers. Three films are in black/white and one is colour. "The Magic Carpet" is an interesting film, however "not a comedy" and not up to "Lucy's standard for comedy, even in her somewhat "dramatic parts" this film is very different, however "interesting" to have in one's collection.
