The Great Fantasy Adventure Album

This is an excellent compilation of scores. I love the opening number with all of its pomp. Even playing the CD on my computer, I could hear the thundering entrance of T. Rex! (Do be careful if you regularly crank your volume up high.) The music from Beetlejuice is as distinctive as the movie. And who could resist the sweetness of the music from The Princess Bride? If you like Russian music, you'll like The Hymn to Red October. And Jurassic Lunch made me laugh.Highly recommended for fans of film music.

I lent my original to a friend and never saw it again. Persistence paid off, now I have two! This is a most amazing album, especially considering when it was produced. Definitely shows the "good" in good equipment - (and vice versa - believe the warning!)

I have bought this disk over and over during the years---as time and again people around me like it so much that I simply gift it to them! Excellent selection of music, excellent quality recordings, undeniably one of my favorite albums of all time.

Great songs and I like the sound effects... really puts you in the moment before the actual track starts. Plus you can't beat the fact that Erich Kunzel is the conductor for this! Great addition to anyone's theatrical soundtrack library!

Not originals but highly recommended interpretation. If you like film music you will enjoy this. If you are a perfectionist do not buy this.

La musica è come il cibo: piace o non piace.La riproduzione della stessa, invece, deve sottostare alle rigide leggi della fisica.In tal senso le ottime registrazioni si apprezzano se riprodotte con un impianto musicale di altrettanta levatura.Con il mio "discreto" sistema home theatre ho decisamente apprezzato l'eccellente dinamica presente nella struttura musicale di ogni singolo brano: dal lieve pianissimo, presente e percepito, al forte, fortissimo, privo di distorsione timbrica.Tutto ciò conferma la qualità delle registrazioni Telarc!Che consiglio spassionatamente!

Registrazione magistrale, ascoltato con il mio impianto a valvole in classe A, rivela tutta la potenza dell'orchestra e la sapienza del tecnico in sala di registrazione che rende la tridimensionalità del palcoscenico, molto realistica. Servizio Amazon puntuale e preciso come sempre.

Speravo di averlo ritrovato ma il mio sogno si è infranto quando l'ho riascoltato!Non rispecchia un cd Telarc originariamente registrato DDDSe masterizzavo un cd con tracce mp3 veniva meglio.
