The glitter pens that came with it were almost empty and one corner of the loom was broken. It does come with 3 different style hooks so that was a plus. There's only about 50 of the metallic colors bands.

The package wasn't packed properly. Loom was broken and kit rubber band was out of the case. I ended up buying another loom for my kid from Michael.

We received a loom with damaged pins so I contacted Rainbow loom thinking that is what I bought only to find out it's a counterfeit product. These looms have not been tested to ensure that they follow all the toys safety standards. There is not telling whether or not they contain harmful chemicals
