I really wanted to like this dress. The fit and style were perfect. I wear a medium to large top and ordered an XL. The fit was very flattering. But the flowers on front of the dress were not at all as pictured. Not bright and detailed. Looked more like dark purple blurs. Hard to even make out that it was flowers. Very disappointed because I love the style. I am returning it. I may order a different color and print. UPDATE: MI I sent back purple dress and ordered the gray and the dark green. Much better. Four stars instead of five because the gray duster is not quite the right shade of gray. Would coordinate better if it were darker and more of a warm gray color. The dark green is beautiful and more of a dark teal color as pictured.

For the money, it's a OK buy. Since it's more of a linen fabric, that detracts somewhat from a more flowing silken look, which is more of what I had in mind. Had to spend about an hour ironing it (multiple layers), but once done, it looked well enough., although the coloring on the dress was rather dark and appeared to be applied onto the fabric rather than coming from the fabric itself, which detracted somewhat from the appearance.

I love these dresses. I am disabled so I have to buy clothes much larger then needed to make it easier to dress and the back allows you to pull it into a bow that offers much more shape. My mother warned me against linen fabric because of wrinkles. I own a clothes steamer though after learning how to unbox shipments and prepare them for displaying at a clothing store years ago. I hung them up as I got them and the creases after a few weeks seem to be very minimal. If you need to wear it right away you might want to get a little clothes steamer but for the price of the dress it’s worth it.I love the sheer jackets that are with each one. I don’t love sleeveless outfits and the jackets will definitely be used with a few other outfits I own to not only kick up the style but cover my arms. Really worth the money.These really are just as beautiful in person as the pictures show. I wouldn’t be afraid to buy a bigger size because there is no stretch in the fabric and the tie in the back will add shape. I’m late 40s so anything I need to look nice for it would be appropriate. It is nice enough to wear to a wedding but too casual for black tie. A perfect outfit if attending an event that doesn’t classify a dress code and would fit in effortlessly.

Loved the front of the top layer of this dress. Wish the blue swish would have continued around the back. The jacket was great, but if I got warm and removed it, it was straight white in the back. The under layer was too long and the points were odd on my figure. Perhaps a thin figure could make this work, but it just sat oddly. My husband loved the color, but no matter how I played with the under layer, it just wasn't for me. That and the plain white back made me return it. It wasn't shear or stretchy, and the tie in the back didn't make the boxy design any better.

I got a lot of compliments on the dress at a wedding I recently attended. It was an outdoor wedding so I wore it with flat sandals. I was a little disappointed in the color, more pink than it appeared in the pictures but ok. All in all I like. It is very wearable dressed up or down.

Bought this for an outdoor summer “wear white linen” event. TBH I think it was the most appropriate attire. Paired with the right sandals, it is a great look!
