Bought this about a month ago. Had a dyson V6 before that, but got fed up of buying a new battery very 4 months.First time used it, it felt just like the V6, but then I pressed the turbo button. Awesome you can feel the vacuum head sucking hard on the carpet. After 5 mins hoovering, the collection pot was full and filter was clogged with dust. That just shows how much better it is than the V6.I have one downsides to this. So when you’ve fully charged it, the power bars (LEDS) on the It don’t turn off. So they’ll stay on 24/7. That’s just wasted energy to my stingy self.I highly recommend this. The max suction you get is really good 👍

I was looking for a replacement for the leading cordless vacuum for which I required new batteries ( which were an extortionate price!). I looked on Amazon at noted that the HBCOO had all five star reviews.The cleaner arrived and looked well made and light with a good range of tools. The suction figures which were quoted in the specifications looked good and it seems that it does pick up well on carpet and hard floors. It is useful that two types of brush are provided for the motorised head. It seems to pick up dog hair well, although expect to manually clean the brush heads which I think happens on most vacuum cleaners. It is relatively quiet in operation and the choice of two suctions levels is a must have feature.The long term performance is not known at present, but would like to say that the contact I have had to date with the company has been excellent.

Smaller than we imagined, but it is so lightweight compared to our Sebo.Doing the stairs is a breeze now.For such a small vacuum the suction is pretty good, and with the 'Boost' function it has no issue with dried mud, dog hair etc. on carpets.Very easy to change brushes when you need the special hard floor one.It may not be the absolute quality of a Dyson, but it is nearly a quarter of the price and easily 90% as good!

So far so good. The instruction manual could be better. The hoover was advertised as 2 speed. In the manual it states you press the power button once for low power then again for high power. I tried this and it did not work so returned it thinking it was faulty and ordered a replacement. After getting the replacement and encountering the same issue I did some research. I happened to watch a video that someone put in the review section and saw her hit what looks like a label marked MAX on top of the hoover just below the 3 power leds. This is actually a button you press to get max suction. There is no mention of this in the manual, in fact it isn’t even labelled in the manual. That said it seems a pretty solid hoover, it does the carpets and solid floors very well. Excellent value for money.
