So I bought three of these when our Baby was on the way. He is now almost one years old, and we are only using one out of the three because we've gotten so frustrated with these. The slits for the seat belts are way too small to be functional in cars with seatbelt hook ups flush with the seats, which is all 3 of our cars. Also, there are no slits on the ends, so if you put your car seat on a side instead of the middle, you have to bunch up the cover to attach the car seat to the car's frame. This totally defeats the purpose.The fit wasn't great on any of our cars, being too short on our mid-sized SUVs back seats. Later discovered there are much better options for lower cost.Instructions say not to leave the unit in a car over 120F or something like that. Thats most of the year here in Florida, what the heck! So I'm guessing the rubberized underside is going to starting coming apart. Top fabric feels durable, but not very comfortable.Overall, it's not horrible. But the horrible seat-belt situation, high price, mediocre quality, and low temperature ratings make me regret buying 3 of these.Cars tested in:2004 RX3302009 Mazdaspeed 32014 Mazda CX-5 GT

I purchased for my Dodge Journey- I have two boys ages 6 and 8 and they have made a complete mess of my backseat bench. I installed it tonight and couldn't be happier. They like to ride with the cup holder console down so I modified it by cutting from the bottom up to make a flap that the console can come out from. Then I took an old kid's t-shirt that no longer fit and made a covering for the cup holder/armrest console as they have made a hot mess of that, too. I have fabric seats so they are really hard to clean. This will cut down on the amount of scrubbing I will need to do. Aside from the velcro around the car seat buckle being a little funky, I couldn't be happier.. They boys will easily be able to buckle using their booster seats. This cover would not work with a baby/toddler car seat with the latches- you would need to fasten those types with the seatbelt instead.

I have a 2016 Subaru Outback. This was easy to install. The middle seat belt (which is a shoulder belt) is also still accessible because in my car's model the seatbelt unclips so you can get it around seat cover and re-clip it. Even if it wasn't accessible, I would still give this product 5 stars.Bought this to protect the new car from muddy boots of our 3 years old climbing in and out of his car seat.Customer service is FANTASTIC - couldn't get the website to load and called the customer line on a Saturday morning and got an immediate answer. Owner emailed me a PDF of the installation instructions from his personal email since their website was down. Very impressed.

FIt perfectly in my VW Routan. My kids are in boosters and they can easily buckle and unbuckle themselves with it on, so far no seat belts have been lost under the cover which was my fear. I didn't want to have to constantly be digging them out from underneath the cover. It seems to be really good material that will withstand the abuse from 3 kids and 2 dogs.

I have a 2018 Chevy 1500 I did not see any reviews for this cover in a truck so I was very worried it wouldn't work and debated for a while before I bought it. After looking and not finding another product that was meant for kids and had Seabell holes ( only other ones I saw were for dogs ) I decided to actually measure my seat and it was within the dimensions in the product description so I took a chance and ordered it knowing I could return it if it didn't work. It doesn't fit perfectly, it barely allows some seat to show but the holes for the seatbelts are where they should be. I was worried I wouldn't be able to use the car seat anchors and would be restricted to using only the seatbelt to secure the car seat base but there is enough room for the anchors to wrap around through the seatbelt holes and the outside of the seat cover to reach and tighten down firmly and still keep the bench seat protected. My baby is not here yet but my truck has the upgraded actual leather and I want to protect it from her in the car seat as much as possible so I am happy with this product thus far. It seems to be well-made, it's thick and should catch any food she throws, drinks I'm still worried will go straight through the holes for the seatbelts to come through but well find out about that later I guess.

I have 2 large rescue dogs and was in need of a better car seat cover than towels and blankets. What drew my eye to this product was the price and color. Some of the pet covers are outrageously priced, yet practically the same materials can be found for child use at a fraction of the price. I wanted black to match the interior of my seats, which also helps reflect the light at certain times of day. I needed a cover that would stay up on the back side of the seats, especially when both dogs are in the car, and allowed for pet seat belts (especially for Rescue Dog #2). The seat protector covers the entire bench seat of my mid 2000's 4Runner. It was easy to install, but would have liked a strap for the middle headrest. The fabric is easy to clean, either with a quick shake or pet wipe rub down (for those muddy paw prints or excited drool en route to the park) and I liked the machine washable option. After 2 days, the cover has withstood both dogs, and has not been pulled down or torn. Despite both dogs efforts, the cover pretty much stays in place, as it does not quite reach the floor boards.
