Super Helpful Book
For the past few months, I have been considering a more healthy eating lifestyle, and was looking for diet plans and so on. A friend of mine told me about the health benefits of millets. But, I wasn't sure about what to do with them, apart from a few recipes I found online. I wanted a more authentic source, and also something that I can have at hand. Something like a ready reference. This book fits the bill perfectly. It is neatly organised and the dishes are tasty (unlike most healthy dishes :P) Also, we get to understand the health benefits in the book. Most of all, it is extremely affordable. It is probably cheaper than buying a millet-based beverage at any restaurant!

Very good resource for millet recipes
A compact book containing more than 80 recipes made using different millets like little millet, barnyard millet, proso millet, foxtail millet, kodo millet, brown top millet etc. Includes breakfast and sweet items. In between there are some essays on diet and nutrition. Overall a good way to start eating and living healthy while supporting our traditional farmers.

Decent one
Page quality is not that good. But it has a kot of information on millets and millet recipes. Worth the price. Go for it
