Works great in my Highlander!
The days of always jamming my phone into a cup holder or other space is over. The unit firmly holds my phone for easy use, is fully adjustable and has a button in easy reach to disengage. In and out in a blink secure and improves my productivity as I travel. Essential especially for states where handling your phone as you drive is a crime. Voice command, text, visability, GPS, notifications all at a glance without taking your eyes off the road. This coupled with a wireless device is a game changer. Highly recommended, a quality unit.

Not as universal as advertised
The bad;1. This does not fit the cupholder in my Toyota Highlander even with the added spacers, not even close.2. The extension arm is not as long as I anticipated from the pictures.The good;Is well made and secures the phone easily and would probably be stable if it fit my cupholder. This sellers customer service is amazing. I told them I was not thrilled with the fit of the unit and they promptly refunded my money telling me they wanted me to be satisfied.What a great way to run a company.

Did not fit securely
Did not fit cupholder. Had to modify pressure tabs with additional pads from hardware store to secure in place.

FINALLY
Ok guys I have bought every phone holder that is out there. I've had pieces break off and the phone would literally fall on the floor. And don't even mention the heat. After a while the heat on the dash board would soften the magnet and it would no longer hold the phone. So I thought what the heck, I'll try this one. I love it. Its super easy to install and holds the phone perfectly. No wiggling at all. I have 2 cup holders in the front. However, when I am not in need of the phone while driving I keep the holder in my console. I usually only need to use it for WAZE directions, etc. This will be the last phone holder I will have to buy.

Wow, forget about the expensive ones, this one does the job!
Awesome product. Was using a different one in my 2017 Nissan Titan but every time I turned the whole thing will move to one side as the cigarette lighter connector would fall off. With this the sturdiness is amazing. My Samsung Note 9 doesn't move at all and the height is more than sufficient. Extra twist left over on the standard cup holders that comes with the Titan. Love this product!!!

Just what I was looking for
My tiny little car does not have room for the "vent" holders or "dash mount" so have had my eye out for one of the cup holder styles. Not as easy to find as one would think. Anyway, so far I really like this one. Has all of the appropriate fitting adjustments. Of course, I ordered and received this right as the Covid-19 arrived in our area so I have no idea how well it works on a road trip. But it fits well in my car and I look forward to the day I can give it a real test.

Could have been a better fit
It will do. It only has three pop-ins to hold it in your cup holder which causes it to lean. It would have been better with four like the actual cup holder has. It tends to lean but I make it work. Wish I just spent a little more money and got the better one. It does hold my phone well so I make it work. Tennessee new law about cell phones is my reason for purchase

Not the best fit for my car.
This phone holder is ok. It is not as tight as I would like. If you raise the phone past a certain point it will tip. If your cup holder is a different shape it may work better for you. I us mine in an Acura RDX. My cup holder has a couple of slots for expansion and these open spaces keep the holder from fitting as tight as I would like. When you expand the size of the base, 2 or 3 areas push out to enlarge, not the complete base. So not really a flaw with holder, more of not the best holder for my particular car.
