A+++ for this shampoo!!! MINUS F for the Amazon quality control department!!!I have used this product for over 38 years and have never deviated to another shampoo. My hair has been colored for the same amount of time & this product was recommended initially by a professional colorist. Traite is the finest product on the market, and Mastey was the very first company to introduce a Sulfate-Free shampoo to the market. I have waist-length hair, thick and luxurious, and receive many compliments. My hairdressers can't believe I've colored my hair for almost four decades. You will never be unhappy with any Mastey product.My issue is with AMAZON shipping. I have ordered this product on Prime a few times without any issues. The problem with my latest order is that I ordered two products as a two-pack (4 bottles total) showing the product including the pumps, as the product is shown on their website. The price was $57.51 for each 2-pack.My order arrived on the expected day, but it only had two bottles of shampoo, and they were not packaged as a 2-pack, nor did they arrive with pumps (just with flip-caps). I requested a replacement, but when I went to drop off the package, I was advised by an Amazon rep to contact customer service to get exactly what I ordered. I called Amazon customer service, and I explained what happened. The rep looked up my order, and clearly, I ordered two of the 2-packs, showing them with pumps as pictured. She said she understood my frustration and would rectify the situation by sending me the products I ordered.Well, I don't have to tell you that Amazon customer service screwed up that order as well. I didn't receive my order as a 2-pack, and again they came without pumps. I'm sure this wouldn't have bothered me 38 years ago, but now I am old and arthritic. This shampoo is a very thick cream, and I have difficulty holding and squeezing the bottle as it is both heavy and I'm weak. The pumps make it easy to enjoy this fantastic product. I reuse the pumps when I can, but they don't last forever.Amazon, this is an expensive shampoo for which I gladly pay to have! It would be even better if you carried the gallon size. Can you provide what I ordered?Keeping my fingers crossed that I finally get what I ordered.

This is a wonderful shampoo. I have used it for years. It is great for dry scalp and itchy scalp as well. It is also a wonderful body wash. It smells wonderful and is great.

I have a lot of allergies and am grateful I can use this shampoo. Not sure what I would do without it.

I've been using Mastey Shampoo and conditioner for years (my original review is below) and lately it seems like the product has no quality check performed on it. Every other time I purchase the Shampoo it's like I'm not getting the same product. Last shampoo bottle was great, but the one I most recently received was awful. The shampoo has been leaving my hair feeling gummy. There's no other way to explain except that it's like I've put chewing gum in my hair; It's leaving a residue behind that feels rubbery and gross. Its almost impossible to brush, so I started using my husband's shampoo until I get something different. It's upsetting that I had found a product that made my hair look and feel amazing and now it's not doing that anymore. I've decided to find something else because it's too much of a hassle when every other bottle is a bad product.First Review:Ever since I started buying Mastey Traite Sulphate-Free Shampoo I have refused to try any other shampoo. I have tried many shampoos, even the professional, expensive ones that claim to be "sulphate-free" even though they have milder forms of sulphates in them. I started searching for a better product because a couple of years ago my hair started becoming really dull and brittle. I also developed a really dry and itchy scalp and dandruff. I tried many different shampoos that claimed to be sulphate free, but my itchy, dry scalp wouldn't change. My hair looked terribly unhealthy. When I started using Mastey my hair quickly changed and my scalp stopped itching and was no longer dry. Now, my hair always looks healthy and every hair dresser I've gone to since I've switched to Mastey has commented on my hair. They don't even recommend a "deep conditioner" when I go in because they tell me my hair looks great AND I even blow dry it every day. This product really has been a life saver. It may seem expensive, but it lasts a really, really long time. Also, it doesn't really foam, which some people don't like, but you don't need to use that much; with just a small amount your hair will look and feel clean. If it helps, my hair is extremely fine.

Definitely not as creamy as I remember, but very thin, I had to shake the bottle for a while to mix the product. It also takes more product to get a good lather. Not sure if this is because the product has changed or it's old. Also, be aware A PUMP WAS NOT INCLUDED, although the listing does show a pump.

I first used this shampoo back in the mid 1980s. I loved the scent and creaminess and my hair always looked great. Over the years I used many other types of salon or grocery store type shampoos. For the past several years I noticed more hair in my comb and I was getting worried. I tried changing my diet, getting vitamins, worried that it was stress causing my hair loss, etc. Someone on line suggested that some shampoos can cause hair loss -and I began to wonder. I tried salon shampoos and it didn't make a difference at all. I remembered Traite and recalled how great a product it was and but couldn't find it locally. I decided to try it again, and ordered it through Amazon. (Thank you Amazon!!!) Amazingly, my processed hair looks shiny and healthy again and best of all, there is barely any loose hair on my comb now! So the hair loss I was experiencing was from a cheap shampoo. Awesome product and sulfate-free which is superb. My mother loves this shampoo too, so this year I ordered a 32-ounce bottle for each of us. You can't go wrong with this high quality, creamy, moisturizing shampoo - my hair has never looked better! I'm throwing out all my other old shampoos and exclusively using only Traite.

Been using this exclusively and not putting any other hair product in for about 2 weeks. It is the type of product whose affects will evolve and change over long-term use. Right now it is getting all the crud out of the follicles and my hair is more buoyant and the sulphates will not be missed. Really good shampoo.

This product is NOT the original Mastey Traite Cream Shampoo, its is curdled with suds, it is not the original shampoo and it is NOT the cream shampoo, the scent is not the same either. I have used this product for over 20 years and I have two bottles previously purchased in store, the real Mastey Traite Cream Shampoo, its thick, creamy smooth with a pleasant scent. I do not recommend purchasing this product from Urban Inspirations.

A really pleasant shampoo that leaves hair clean and silky with no frizz or flyaways. Glad I finally tried it.
