We bought a total gym from our neighbor and it came with a VHS tape ha ha! Since we don't have a VCR I looked on Amazon and found this chart for us to use as we really didn't know what exercises to do with this total gym. This chart is a big poster size and we used sticky tape to hang it up and it is so easy to read and follow. They have exercises grouped by the body part you want to work. I like the big pictures, so you don't have to get off of the machine to see what exercise to do next. This is a great chart to help you fly through your workout.

Perfect and just what I’ve been looking for! I laminated it and it hangs by my machine.

The Poster is useful, for sure as compared to the booklet I received with the Total Gym which can be hard to refer to while working out. But, for $30, I wish the poster didn't come folded many times over & with multiple creases. I'd have liked a laminated thick poster that could be hung / stuck to a wall for easy reference.

Received as advertised and is easy to follow, that is if you have the Gym set up guide. I received my Total Gym (TG) without any documentations so it was difficult (and still is) I was hoping this exercise chart would be helpful with some of the set up. I know it's not designed to set the TG up, but has been helpful. I'm sure the more I work with it, the better and easier it will become. I recommend this guide for posting near the the TG so you can track your workout.

Ordered the wall chart as I can’t remember all the positions for a workout on my Total Gym. I have it right in front of me so no more excuses for not working out.

I bought this poster because I bought a total gym and wanted and easy guide to reference while working out. The poster is okay, but it is folded and will always have creases from the folds. If you do a search for sliding bench poster, you will find laminated charts that contain more exercises and no creases. In my opinion, this is seriously overpriced for what you receive.

I have the total gym, and by getting the workout chart has been a great help for me, and like they say and it’s true I love the total gym I use it every day. And I want to thank Amazon your service is above and beyond !!!!!!!!

I didn't read the description on this one. It will take up a large part of your wall. That being said, the exercises are great starter exercises for those who are new to Weider Ultimate body trainer or the Total gym. It came folded, which I didn't mind. I'm really enjoying the exercises.

This chart is very good! Shows all the exercise potions in colour and nice and clear.
