Finding healthful cereals without added sugar is hard, but this one meets my needs. It's high in fiber, so one serving is filling (and good for the body). I like to mix it with one serving of Total flakes to help round out the vitamins and minerals. Shredded Wheat also mixes nicely with oatmeal.
