At any rate it is very well constructed of solid wood sides and handle with vinyl covered wire basket. We use it all the time to carry produce up from the garden. The food-grade, PVC-coated wire is a plus and is going to be helpful when rinsing vegetables outside. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, who has a huge garden, and I'm sure she well love it. I think it is a bit pricy but to be fair all the brands seem to be in this price range.
