Don't look for design. This is a product that gets the job done efficiently.

I used to own other grinders but so far this one out performed the others. The black pepper and the cumin all ground into powder perfectly. And it only takes less than a minute to complete. I would definitely recommend people to get this grinder!

Opened box and had running in minutes. Seems sturdy and well built. Switch has a timer, seems a bit flimsy, hoping it will last. Mill is powerful! Turned a load of oats into oat flour in 30 seconds.Minus one star for world’s worst user manual. For example, it came with a few of the extra parts but no explanation of why or how to use them. Nothing on cleaning or maintenance.Plug is only two-pronged, wonder why it doesn’t have a ground... The device does have its own fuse on the exterior, looks resettable.Also, taking a guess on how long to run the mill for various items. (For example, had to experiment and guess with the oats).I will need to look it up online and hope to find answers to these questions.My hope is this will last a long time, but so far so good.
