AMAZING SERVICE FROM COMPANY
OMG, I’ve had these cookies before and loved them but I just opened one today and ate a third of it and it didn’t taste right so I pulled it out of the wrapper only to notice it was moldy. (I usually keep it in the wrapper to catch crumbs) I’m so disgusted. I got the cookies 1/8 and today is 1/27. I threw the rest out. They should last longer than that.Amended Review from one to 5 stars. I contacted the company directly and got an immediate reply from the Founder. Handled my concern with genuine respect, urgency and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service (nor the delish cookies.) I am again a true fan.

Great Keto cookie!
This is a great cookie for only 3 net carbs. Flavor is on point also. Popped two in the freezer to make ice cream sammies with and the cookies held up amazing!

Gross and Overpriced
Gross, disgusting, cooling aftertaste far beyond anything I've experienced with alcohol sugars, and overpriced.Tried putting them in the microwave per another review, but honestly, these are just not what I was looking for. If you are averse and/or sensitive to the cooling effects of some sugar substitutes - these will likely be overwhelming. There are far better low sugar/no sugar GF options out there. I was underwhelmed. Such promise, and such failure. If you're looking for some of the "better for you" options - I guarantee you'll have better luck researching independent bakeries such as Bougie Bakes, Cheryl's Cookies, or David's Cookies (all make GF, sugar free cookies and treats). There are even several comparable sellers on Etsy... ALL at roughly the same price point, and in some cases you get more treat for your buck.

These cookies are soooo good
I bought these cookies because they were low-carb. Even if I was not seeking low-carb I would buy them, they are that good. I pulled them out of a box that had been sitting out in 35 degree weather. That coldness added an additional layer of goodness to them. Even though they are good at room temperature I think they are better cold so I have been putting them in the refrigerator. The only negative I have for them is the price. I paid $3.75 a piece for them which is kind of insane.

Tasty when frozen!
Since going keto, I've found a lot of recipes on the internet for cookies that are great, but sometimes I just don't want to bake. After reading reviews of all The Cookie Department Keto Cookie flavors, and how some people are unhappy with the cooling effect of Erythritol which I've experienced with my own keto baking experiments, I decided to give the chocolate mint flavor a try. I love chocolate mint. Chocolate mint ice cream, and Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies are my favorites, plus mint is cooling anyway so what the heck? The cookie right out of the package is large, soft, has a nice chocolate mint balance, but there is something a little off about it. I wouldn't say it is chemically, but tastes slightly processed. Really not bad and something I totally expect with Keto products. However, I put one in the freezer for a couple hours and OMG! It tastes like the cake part of a chocolate mint ice cream cake. So tasty and quite filling. The whole box is now in the freezer.Although the box of eight cookies are a bit overpriced at $3.12 per each cookie, for being Keto friendly, and the convenience of not having to bake when I don't feel like baking, I'd say they are worth it. Especially knowing that these are not something I'd eat everyday but will have on hand if I ever get a craving. If you are on the fence and are willing to splurge a little, go for it!I wonder what the frozen cookie will taste like with a bit of Rebel Vanilla Keto Ice Cream. *yum*

One Star
I feel terrible writing this review because the Cake Walk cookies from this same company are SO good. I tried these cookies at room temp, as well as warmed and frozen as suggested on their package and I just couldn't make them work. The cooling effect from the sweetener is so severe and they taste so artificial. The texture is grainy and the chocolate chips are like rocks. These are expensive, so put your money towards the other flavor so you can actually enjoy them.

The Cookie 🍪 that changed my life for the better
These cookies have changed my life.I have been religiously keto for the last 6 months. My only complaint with the Keto diet is I could never find anything to properly feed my sweet tooth. Some products have the flavor but kick you out of ketosis ....... while others keep you in ketosis but have horrible flavor. The Cookies at cookie department has both the Flavor and the nutrition to keep you in ketosis. It’s amazing! My favorite is the birthday cake! But I eat both. You could call me a Cookie Monster when it comes to these cookies. If you are looking for a quick snack that will no joke help you lose weight. Note you have to follow proper macros for keto in order to have this happen. But if you do it’s a great product for Keto Dieters everywhere.Thank you Cookie department! You have a lifelong fan in me!Also can’t wait for the new flavors 🤩

Mold!
I received this 8 days ago. How was one of the cookies already moldy?! I noticed after I had already eaten half of the cookie. The box has an expiration date of June 2020 so I don’t understand how it could be moldy. Therefore. I am not impressed as I’ll be throwing the remaining cookies away.
