Grip is poor.
I purchased this guy back in February, and just getting around to installing it. While the fit is snug, I was able to pull it off with not too much force. The shark bite brand by comparison will not let loose. So, I'm not going to trust this thing and risk flooding my house. With a pressure surge, it could loosen up and eventually fail. So, I would say to steer clear. I'm going out tomorrow to my a traditional sillcock from the big box store.

Love push fittings
I love these push fittings. They make is so easy to do plumbing repairs. I've used them several times with no problems.

Disappointed.
We were really disappointed with these sillcocks. The threads joining the two brass parts were so coarse, or cross-threaded in the bag, that we could not unscrew them to begin to use them. We ended up fitting the body in a vise and use channel-locks on the back piece to unscrew them. Once apart, the steel 'teeth' washer that locks the sillcock to your 1/2" copper pipe looked incredibly flimsy. We were sufficiently concerned that halfway through the installation either that washer would fail to seat properly or that we would not be able to retighten the parts to ensure a good seal that we abandoned the GripWerks and headed to Home Depot for replacements (which worked fine). Bought two, never opened the second bag, returned both for a refund (and two days lost).
