TIGIColour Gloss Creme Hair Color for Unisex, No. 6/6 Dark Red Blonde, 2 Ounce

First, I am not a professional but have played around with hair color and cutting my family's hair for years! I have extremely fine hair. I use the Creative TIGI 55/22 (brighter) & 33/22 (darker) on very dark brown (almost black) hair with a little grey. I normally use only 10% developer/ activator. Once every 3 or 4 dye jobs, I'll use 30. Once in awhile, I'll bleach a few strips of hair to give a more dramatic look. Much care is require to keep purple or any bright/neon colors. Keep that in mind before trying a bold color. Are you ready for the maintenance?. IT DOESN'T matter which name brand you use, all will fade. Some will last longer than others. I color my hair abt every 6 months which I hear is unheard of. Most have to do it abt every 3. I absolutely LOVE these colors! Its a dark purplish/burgundy on my hair.What I do to keep my color....1. I never wash my hair until after 72 hrs after coloring my hair. Anytime I tried to hurry this, I lose my color faster.2. Never wash hair in hot water. I only use warm. If I forget, I rinse with cool to close the hair from being open from hot water.3. For the 1st month, I'll use Joico K-PAK Color Therapy Luster Lock. It's a deep conditioner without it waiting my hair down. I have very fine hair.4. I always use Joico Color Endure Violet- Sulfate Free Shampoo EVERY day when I shampoo.5. After the 1st month I use Joico Color Endure Violet- Sulfate Free Conditioner almost every time.6. If my hair color starts to fade (usually abt the 4 or 5 month, I use Joico Intensity Color Butter, Purple and mix it with a warmer purple butter like Ion pigments neon purple from Sally's.Almost all these products can be found on Amazon.The pic in the bright sun is after 6 months. It fades to a more burgundy. One of the reason I like this color is you can only slightly notice it inside, which looks more professional. In the sun... BAM!Out of all the purple hair colors, I feel this color suits me the best.

This is not permanent but left my hair shiny and glossy and soft. I really liked the color I got and it’s gentle on my hair. I highly recommend trying it. I have grays so I left on longer than suggested. I left it on 35 minutes. I really liked it just wish is was permanent
