A must have essential oil book for the support of mental health
This book is very well written! I love that the writer uses her own personal experiences in her life as examples. For someone like me, who knows very little about essential oils, this book is perfect. From the emotions chart, to the color coded purple section so I can quickly find all the information about each individual oils benefits, as well as a section of 100 different blends of oils for moods and ailments. There’s information regarding safety for use as well. To me it seems that this book will prove to be beneficial to all levels of expertise regarding oils, including those who consider themselves experts. The paper itself is a nice quality, it doesn’t feel thin or cheap. The artwork on the cover as well as inside the pages is quaint and inviting. The size of the book is perfect to slip it into your pocketbook for reference whenever you need it. Highly recommend!!!

A natural approach to help relieve mental health issues
Bought this book for my son who strongly dislikes taking medication, especially for his severe anxiety and stress. The information provided in this book is easy to understand and seems to be helping ease my son's stress and anxiety.

Excellent source of information on essential oils and mental health
Leslie has packed so much knowledge into a small book. She provides safe information in an easy to follow format. Her choices of essential oils are excellent with easy to make recipes. Be sure to check out her other books!

Clear and useful
I ordered this as a gift for a friend who suffers from PTSD, alongside a diffuser and the oils. It has an easy to follow table in it showing various health conditions and which oils will help with recipes on how to mix them. Very useful book for people who like using essential oils to help manage various conditions.

Great guide to essential oils for mental health
This is a lovely book, it covers the effects each oil has on the emotions and nervous system. Lovely guide for anyone looking to learn how aromatherapy can support emotional well being.

Great intro to essential oils and well-researched!
This is very well researched and written book and the author is clearly very knowledgeable about the use of essential oils. It gave a very thorough introduction for a newbie like me, explaining uses, approaches, safety considerations etc. I like that it has a page per oil that summarises the properties and uses of each oil. I also like that there are ‘recipes’ for room sprays, bath salts, and perfumes as well as diffuser blends. My only criticism is that a lot of the blend ‘recipes’ include more unusual oils that are not typically available as a set (which is where beginners start) and some are very expensive, like Rosa Otto. If it listed possible alternatives it would help. Still, I still think it’s a really good book!
