Seems to be sturdy.
Just arrived this morning and I can already see that it isn't going to hold everything; not that I thought it would considering the electronics bits and pieces I have. But, this is a start; and my work area is going to thank me for it just as soon as I fill all the drawers. The plastic feels fairly sturdy which leads me to expect it to last a good while. It's kind of deep and will stand out from the wall more than some of the old fashioned organizers. With the deepness comes more storage area in the drawers. For some this is a good thing, for others it might be better to have twice the drawers at half the depth. It all depends on what you need to store. Some of my doo-dads are tiny, but some are larger; and I can use the extra room for the larger items. I could see having a shallower set of drawers for my smaller parts, and maybe that will happen in the future. For now I will fill this unit up and see how things go. You can see from the seller's pictures how deep it is, so you already know if that is going to be an issue. I think it will last a long time, but that is only an opinion at this point in time. I'm not a salesman for this company and I don't know what you are in need of, so it would be difficult for me to tell you to jump in and buy this item. Do what I did: look over the large selection of parts cabinets on Amazon and make a decision. That way you will get the one you chose.

Buy this one
I needed to upgrade from my old inherited drawers. I liked them but time had worn them and made them brittle. I wasn’t sure about this brand until I realized my grandfathers (the ones I inherited) were the same brand. So I decided to go with this brand over craftsman as a way to remember my grandfather. Slides are easy, drawer deaths is pretty good, it fit my needs, left me satisfied, wasn’t missing parts and THATS WHAT SHE SAID.

Great Organizer with lots of Storage & Bin Sizes
This was exactly what we were looking for. A large organizer with different sized little bins. Perfect for our crafts. We put beads, thread, string, tools, bracelets, necklaces, glue, and a host of other like sized craft items in the bins. It’s sturdy and the bins slide nicely. I also like that you can see through the bins, but not so clear to where it looks cluttered, if that makes sense? :)All in all, a great purchase! Excellent for little Knick-knacks, crafts, jewelry, miniatures, tools, nails, bolts, screws,… you name it. Definitely recommend!

Instructions for Mounting 10144 On Studs or Drywall
The manufacturer neglects to provide these instructions, so here are the only ones you’ll find:

1. Before installation, turn cabinet upside down and dump all 44 drawers into a box or bag.
2. Optional: For full mount strength, some/all of the mounts should be in wall studs. Use a stud finder. If all mounts are on drywall, that’s probably okay, unless you’ll be storing very heavy weight.
3. The distance between the cabinet mounting holes is: horizontal 18-1/4”, vertical: 13-3/4”. Draw pencil marks for the 4 drill holes on the wall. Use a bubble level to verify that your marks are level. Hold the cabinet up to the holes and look to verify that they will fit. The top of each narrow slot (oriented upward) should match its mark exactly.
4. Set the cabinet aside.
5. Pit each mark with an awl or nail.
6. Optional: The mountings are more secure if you use #6 washers. Verify that washers actually fit through the cabinet mounting holes. If washers are large, then you’ll have to drive the screws with the cabinet held up to the mounts, and that goes better with a second pair of hands.
7. To mount on a stud, use #6x1-1/2” pan head phillips screw. You don’t need an anchor. Drill with 1/8” bit. Mounting hardware is not included with the cabinet.
8. To mount on drywall, use #6 nylon self-drilling anchor with #6x1-1/2” pan head phillips screw. Drill with 1/4” bit. Insert each anchor with a screwdriver.
9. Partially drive all screws into anchors/holes. Leave screw heads 1/4” away from wall.
Mount the cabinet over the screws. After mounting, each screw should sit in the upper narrow part of its cabinet slot. If any mount is off by up to 1/8”, that’s probably okay.
10. Place bubble level on top of cabinet to verify it’s level. If it’s not level, this is your chance to rework.
11. Tighten all screws lightly snug, but do not over-tighten, or you WILL break a slot, and that is NOT easy to fix. Recommended: 14” phillips screwdriver.
12. The mounting is done.
13. Reinsert drawers.

It just what I need, size, plenty of room, able to spread out the "stuff" I need.
It is exactly what I had hoped it would be. It is a bit large (wide), but at 4 ft 11 inches, that is probably why. Hubby set up a storage container a couple of inches above my worktable so I can reach it, but it is a small stretch.I love the size of the trays and having extra dividers for some of the trays will be of help. I have placed some of the items, but it is a slow process because hubby finally gave in and bought me a 6 ft table to do my measuring, cutting, get what I would need to do my painting on the material. Making quilts with buying sheets, good quality ones and cut them into the blocks the size I need.Putting carbon paper down (type that can be washed off) trace the coloring page and then painting with acrylic markers and paint in tubes.I now have plenty of room to do the work I need, area for markers, tubes of paint, scissors, and more with extra room left over.Am so HAPPY to have this table, price was good, it is solid, and I think it will be perfect for what I want to do.Thrilled with it, would highly recommend it for someone looking for something longer and wider, strong (holds 300 pounds) and just what I had hoped for.
