This 10in touch screen is worth the money. It’s no pioneer, alpine, etc. but it can do so much more. Google play store, google chrome, YouTube, Hulu, Prime Video, Pandora, Spotify, Bluetooth, and the Radio works well too. Just use your phone for a hotspot and watch and listen to whatever you want. Very thin, easy to wire, touch screen works very well. The sound quality is very good. It’s not as loud as an aftermarket radio but very close in comparison to a stock radio. These are the pros. Now the cons. Had to be creative to install in the dash. I installed in my 2008 silverado. And with the size of it I had no choice but to install it to the bezel of the dash prior to placing in the dash. I wanted bigger and I measured before I ordered (I did not want it to cover vents or dials). I knew it would be a challenge but I was up for it. I ended up drilling 4 small holes in the bezel (cannot see head on but can from the side, I will take some black nail polish or paint to hide them better) and attaching with machine screws and nuts to the included mounting brackets ( which I bent them over lined them up to put screws/washers/nuts on ) because you can’t screw the mount to the unit itself and inside the dash. Wasn’t happening. See pics. I had some issues with remote wire from the unit. It would turn on my amp (to my sub) when listening to the radio, but any other application (streaming audio or video) it would turn the amp off. So I just popped my bezel off and wired my remote wire from my amp directly to the power (key/ignition switch) so that it keeps my amp on until I turn the key off. And it worked. The preset automobile manufacturer logos. There’s a lot. I could not get to set (by pushing the only button/option) but I just went on google chrome found what I was looking for and downloaded/saved to internal storage. Then I went to file manager found my picture and clicked on set as wallpaper. Worked like a charm. Customer support is all over it (but they are definitely on a different time zone so be patient). By the time they replied I had figured out what I needed. I don’t have a backup camera to give any input on that. Overall the pros outweighed the cons. The cons were minor as they were totally fixable. If they weren’t this review would be very different. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying another for my second vehicle.

So this is probably the longest review that I’ve ever written on Amazon but feel that it is needed. my wife got me this for Christmas and the stereo is excellent and has almost every feature you could want and then some. The image display quality is great and the sound quality is very good, and can be adjusted higher or lower depending on what you want. I ordered a $30 steering wheel remote and was able to connect and program it in less than five minutes. I have an iPhone and I can use the mirror imaging on the stereo and use navigation and view everything on my iPhone, which makes driving a lot easier and safer. It has plenty of storage to download more apps and I even connected a Bluetooth 0BDII connector so I can monitor my trucks performance and any codes that may arise. But what really makes this purchase great and unique is the customer service given by the seller I did have some questions about a connection wire and apps that can be downloaded, within minutes they messaged me on Facebook and sent me links that would help in installation and instructions on operating the stereo. They Also answered other questions I had within an hour and were very helpful and friendly, they definitely stand behind their product and are ready to help if needed. I would and will definitely be purchasing from the seller in the future.

Where to start. First, customer service is questionable. I tried contacting through Amazon, to which I was told I need to message on Facebook. So I did, as they'd sent the wrong wiring harness. The it starts. Dear, we send you the right harness, you give us 5 stars. I said nope. Not until I get it up and running. Then they offered me a $30 discount to leave four stars. Nope. Not till it's hooked up.So I was able to get it working on the harness sent, though I'm still waiting on the correct one. First impressions. Screen is big and clear. Touch screen is marginal at best. Backup cam works ok. Overall speed, the system lags. To be fair, I am used to a high end android phone. Not sure if it's fair to compare. Sound is very flat. I am using a higher end external amp fees through the rca outputs. They seem to be low voltage and I had to split them due to o ly a single set of outputs.Waze works ok. Usb flash music using pi works well. Steering wheel buttons are functioning.I don't know if I'll keep it. Decent price point, but you get what you pay for. I'll update this when I get the correct harness that includes the sub output.Update:. Took a star off. And here's why. I ran a system test on the unit. As others have said, this unit is running Android 6, and though it appears to have 2gb of memory, it does not. It has 1. I contacted the seller. They're excuse was the wrong shipment went to the Amazon warehouse. Still, it doesn't add up. It's false advertising. They know it and now amazon knows it.One other fun fact in my discussions with customer service. I told them I either wanted the correct unit, or a refund. The rep came back and said I'm so sorry. I'm only a little girl and this will get me fired.Long story short. I took it out of my car. The thing is junk. I'd advise you to stay away from this company.I had an Atoto in my car before and that's what's going back in it.
