For UK Cornwall area I chosen three provider,unfortunate was showing offline and couldn't use at all,not even to ring .I said to give it one more shot and bought a Vodafone prepaid sim and it worked.Please take into consideration when you do the settings :factory reset,apn etc to send messages with small letters as it is sensitive and won't be able to do the changes required.

It was difficult to make it work (but in fairness, I was trying with a portuguese sim card working with an UK network in roaming). Once we bought an UK sim card, it worked immediately. Customer support was fabulous, always replying my emails with help to sort the issue.Overall, the watch does the trick: gps tracking is accurate (we don't see it "moving", have to keep updating the map), setting the safe zone is easy and the ability to phone or voice message parents was the feature that I was most interested in.The remote camera is ok, not brilliant, we can't really tell were it is from the picture.Love the rewards feature, we give or take reward points according to my son's attitudes, great!Gave 4 stars just due to the not user friendly settings just to make it work.

Followed instruction. Inserted sim. Nothing worked so spoke to online help who said - FIX IT.No thanks! I’ve only just bought it!Watch returned and a uk watch bought instead.

This is a horrible product. I'm no stranger to technology but, for a child's watch/phone it's pretty bad.The instructions are terrible. The manufacturer really needs a better translator. Setting the watch up to receive calls is fairly simple if you do extra investigation online. However getting the phone online is another matter. Nothing I have done results with me being able to connect to the phone to set up it's phone book, date and time etc. So my child now has an expensive watch that isn't even right twice a day.Camera is terrible. Battery lasts about three hours in standby mode.Don't waste your money.

The problem was that it could not work with a EE or Vodaphone sim card in my granddaughter area but both sim cards did work in my son mobile phone . The mentioned sim cards are the only ones that work in Ashwell Hertfordshire .This is the only reason why I have given it a low score .

The location is shockingly way off.Says the watch is 17 miles away from where it actually is. Never is it even remotely close. 90% it says "network not available".When I contacted the company for help I got offered £5 back and told all watchs on amazons location trackers don't work properly. False advertisement at its finest!!!Do not buy!!

Difficult to set up, camera black and cant make out any photos. Gps isn't accurate. When it's in my house it shows up in a different address. Not happy at all. Tried to complain but havent heard anything back.

Fantastic product, can track my son, he loves calling me and fits perfectly. Easy to set up no issues so far.
