She hath drunk the Milk of Paradise, and hidden it from her kids…
Oh my, this is wonderful nut butter! I usually don’t get any nut butter, because I have older teenagers who literally inhale nut butter as soon as they get their hands on it. They are particularly fond of a pistachio walnut blend, so I try to keep it on hand for them, and I have yet to get more than a tiny taste of it because it’s gone as soon as they open the jar. I decided to try this Milk of Paradise, and it’s delicious. Since they don’t like the cashew butter I purchased a while back, I’m going to assume they won’t like this either, lol, and I have stashed it away in the fridge. I add a little more honey to it, and put it on crackers, and it’s so good. I haven’t tried it with jam on bread yet, but I’m sure it will be great. The consistency is very smooth, and I didn’t really have to do a lot of stirring when I opened it, which is great. I’m very pleased with the taste and quality of this nut butter. I will definitely repurchase.

Most Excellent-- I love this brand!
Raw Brazil nuts have always been favorites of mine due to their unique flavor and texture. This raw nut butter, with just a tiny bit of salt added to enhance its flavor without being at all salty, is done very well. As with all raw nut butters, it is a little bit grainy, and I appreciate that textural complexity. If one is to look solely at price per ounce, raw nut butters are pretty expensive, but the making of it by this company (and many others) is done in small batches to preserve the nutritional value (which is mostly lost in heat intensive processes) and one's body can most definitely tell the difference in nutritional content, making it easily worth its weight in gold.

Good, POURABLE Tahini
I usually buy Artisana raw tahini, but, I thought I would give this brand a try. The label states 100% raw sesame seeds, yet this tahini is POURABLE; having made tahini, water or something must be added? It tastes good and I like it, but I'm skeptical of the labeling. I don't know that I will by it again as Artisana seems more authentic/pure and can be watered down and is slightly cheaper.

Walnut Butter Rocks!
The walnut butter batch I received is fantastic. Stirs up well (and you MUST stir a lot!) and is super healthy. Best nut butter I've had yet, and the omega 6/3 ratio is the best of any nut butters .When you receive it, you'll think it's just a jar of liquid. I did as well. But, after carefully and SLOWLY stirring the contents, a slab of walnut butter appears and fills the jar. I eat 1 tablespoon a day with my oat bran and will last me a month. You really shouldn't need more than a tablespoon, even for a sandwich. At least from my batch, it's dense, tasteful and fresh. Refrigerate after opening and store upside down!

Walnut is the only nut butter I eat any more ... love it 5/5
Some of the online nutritionists call Walnuts, the King of Nuts. That may be an overstatement but I have grown to really lovewalnuts, and they are super nutritious with all their omega 3fatty acids, protein, etc.I use walnut butter in place of butter on toast, and it spreadsmore evenly and easier and tastes as good.I used to buy peanut butter and almond butter which are bothtasty, but all I get these days is walnut better. Expensive, but Idon't eat that much of it, and it's better for my health, I believeanyway. This one is perfect, and organic too. Rated 5/5

Rancid & UN-RETURNABLE?!
I received this Macadamia Nut Butter on October 17th, and when I opened it, it smelled rancid.I dipped in a spoon to mix it, as I have always had to mix quality nut-butters. This was not the consistency of a macadamia nut butter. This was the consistency of Cream of Wheat when too much milk has been added, and when it is very loose.I knew this was not going to be good based on the smell, but to be certain, I touched the mixing spoon to my tongue.... OMG gross yes, very rancid.Evidently, this is NOT RETURNABLE, according to Amazon. $20 nut butter that is rancid and gross. Macadamia Nut Butter is normally expensive, but I guess I will not buy it on Amazon, as $20 in the trash can is painful.

For cakes, Persian dishes, sandwiches
This is AWESOME!!!! I don't have a food processor and my blender can't crush nuts, so this is just what I needed :) I used it to cook "fesenjoon" a walnut-pomegranite-chicken with rice dish, it added the perfect amount of nut flavor to my raspberry cake (I used fresh raspberries and raspberry jam from a farmers market too), and I bet it would work just as well with jam and this walnut paste instead of peanut butter on a sandwich- it might be safer than peanut butter in terms of allergies! I'd also recommend pistachio paste (way more expensive, but whaaaat a flavorrrr!!) <3

Bitter and unsavory
I had a bad experience eating a walnut once where I accidentally ate that membrane which tasted like turpentine. I am picking up subtle flavors that are similar. I assume during manufacturing, little bits get in.Someday I want to get a bunch of fresh walnuts and put them in my nutribullet with a little salt and oil to see if I can do better. Otherwise, walnuts just don't make good nut butters. I will say this, the person I gave it to likes it more than I do, thus the 3 star instead of a 2 overall.
