Don't waste your money!
I wish I could give this a zero rating. An absolute piece of crap. I'm currently homebound due to breaking my knee. This was put on the door to give physical therapists and visiting nurses access to assist me. It keeps jamming and no one can open it and I'm being left without the assistance needed. My niece keeps resetting it - changing the code and it works once and then jams again. I've now gone weeks with my front door being left unlocked. Nothing like feeling unsafe thanks to this piece of junk.
