You have to download a app to work the watch which wasn't explained in the advert so my little boy never got it for Christmas and I'm hoping we get it sorted for his birthday.

I wanted a smart watch as a toy for a 6 year-old. Physically, the watch looks OK and reasonably well made but the software is poor. The layout of the watch face is badly designed and is confusing for a child. The camera is very poor quality.

The watch didn’t come with a SIM card so it is completely pointless, a lot of money for just some rubbish games and can’t be used for what it was intended for. Not happy

The watch is fantastic, it arrived earlier then I expected. The watch was easy to set up, and has a lot of useful functions. My son absolutely loves it, he uses it everyday, and finds it easy to use. Cannot fault this watch in anyway!!!.
