Tasty Sharp Cheddar Powder
One star was removed because the jar lacked a safety seal, otherwise this was a flavorful sharp cheddar powder, in a generously sized container. It is more reasonably priced than King A's cheddar powder. Sharp cheddar powder has myriad uses, all of which increase the flavor of the food. Recommended if the company starts using a safety seal.

Tastes good when added to baking recipes.
Somewhat expensive for what you get, but good to have in a hurricane prepper emergency stash. I find that seasonings and powdered cheese spice up plain emergency food rations.

No cheese flavor at all! Don't know what's in this...definitely not white sharp cheddar! Total waste of money. Will not buy this again!

Not as cheesy as I hoped
Its ok, but not as cheesy as I would have hoped. due to sodium content, you don't want to overdo it either, lest you blow your salt intake for the day.
