It has multiple settings and it is bright. What is bothersum is they say not to look right at it but the buttons are right below the light and you can barley even see them. Minor issue tho. It is very clear light and you can put it in a timer as well

No way to tell if it gets the sunshine to me, but I like the timer that goes up to an hour in 15 minute increments.

This has made my internal office at work livable.
