Poor quality
Does not connect to wifi. pedometer does not work camera is black and white and very grainy, battery lasts around 2 hours from fully charged. very disappointed with this product especially as it was a birthday present for my daughter.

Value for money
Quite tricky to set up and instructions haven't been converted to English well... the location on the watch is not 100% accurate but near enough for what I needed. Shame no video calling option. There is a setting where you can ensure the watch wearer can’t dial just any number - must remember to set this if you don’t want them calling anyone that’s not in their contact list

Not best quality for the price
I bought this watch for my 8 years daughter birthday just 2 months ago and so far we have few traubles with it and I think I will not buy it again as it is poorly made.1) we had to replace metal parts which keep straps attached to the watch. It was easly coming off and we were lucky my daughter didn't lost it.2) Battery is very poor. You will be lucky if it last a day without charging3) Set up with gif gaf card was quite complicated but I had managed it somehow4) charger last about 2 months as both magnets which keep charger in place came off, so we are unable to charge the watch without using tape now . This is very poor design.Watch itself is quite ok and the app easy to use, however due to above issues I can't reccomend it as price is high for this quality

Good quality
My granddaughter loves this watch. The only down side is that it can’t be turned to silent so she can’t wear it for school.

Broke
It doesn’t work I’ve tried a fewDifferent sims in it an it will not work I’ve been on YouTube to try an fix it I’ve even took it to the local phone shop no one know how to make it work i want my money back it must be faulty

Great watch
Was looking for an accurate GPS watch for my daughter and this watch did not disappoint. Found the location tracking to be very precise. I tested it out by taking it on a journey to work with me and it listed my final location perfectly, including the correct building number which I was highly impressed with. It was only ever-so-slightly out when I got home, giving it's location as being in the neighbors house, which is forgivable seeing as I live in a row of terraced houses. The phone function is also very useful and reassuring. The initial setup was relatively straight forward, you just have to follow their instructions precisely when entering the codes. I had a few hiccups with the watch being offline to start with but their email help desk was extremely helpful and was very quick to respond. Their customer care service is first rate. My daughter loves this watch.

not very durable
poor productgot this for my daughters birthday and she was delighted but unfortunately after about half a days use the face is covered in scratches. u would think for a kids product it would be more durable.battery doesn't last very long either, she used it for 1 day and it was needing charged.it has good features and is easy to use, just a shame the face is so easily damaged.
