Floyd Designs F003WAVE Floydie Wave 360 Waterproof Camera Hand Mount for All Hero GoPro Cameras (Black)

Although a retired Military Parachute Instructor with no real further active interest in Parachuting, we decided to purchase a Floydie 360 to help complement the photographic capture of our other activities including our extreme sports programme... We have found the glove particulary useful for white water Kayaking, Paragliding, River/rapid white water swimming and Scuba diving... It is comfortable to wear, robust and seems to dry at a reasonable rate...I suspect that its primary use and design is for the free-fall parachutist but if you are inclined? one might like to evaluate it as we have done, with other activities...RT www.rtdgroup.co.uk

I've used the Floydie for diving, playing in the surf, and with my kids in the pool. It works great. While it is higher priced than other hand mounts, it is high quality and works well. The stiff panning means it stays where I point it.Other's have noted that a little velcro could make it stay snug. I found that even when the slide buckle loosens a little, the glove design feels secure on my hand.I mostly start the video rolling on my Hero 3+ and point when I want capture something in particular...point my arm, capture the moment, and move on. The only downside is how it shows how much sculling I do when I am not paying attention. That is not the Floydie's fault! It did provide a great object lesson for me while editing the footage after the first use, however.

We were hoping this would be a great item for my son's Scuba trip. The fastening straps are cinch buckles and the excess strap just flaps freely. I think it is high priced for the design. Velcro fasteners would be a better option. He ended up using a handheld piece that worked well.

This little gadget is extremely useful. The base pivots allowing for ease in changing the direction of what you are videoing. It is easy to put on and take off, but is stays on very securely. Love it!

It's really nice when I used it in any kind of extreme sports worths every penny.

High quality material, easy to use, believe me this is what you are looking for. The swivel feature is awesome, capture video from all angles. I strongly recommend this! (I got so much attention from people. Get ready to answer some questions from people you do not know!) 10/10

Bought Wave 360 for kite surfing. Works well almost forget I have a camera with me. Now using it for paddle boarding and biking.
