Where's the obi?
This was the only yukata I could find described as long enough to fit my husband (he's 6'4", tall and thin). We purchased the size 64, and, as I thought, it is somewhat wide around the middle, but no so much as to be a problem since it's worn wrapped anyway. The length is perfect: right to the ankles. The fabric might feel slightly thin to some, but we live in the desert and bought this for my husband to wear to keep cool, so for him it's fine. However, like others who have commented, we did not recieve an obi, even though the description says "obi/yukata pair", and, so far, I have been unable to fine a way to contact the seller here on amazon. That is the reason for three stars.Update: we found the obi! We had checked the inside of the yukata, including the sleeves, and had found nothing. But, the obi miraculously appeared with it when I took it out of the wash, so we must have missed it somehow.Changing this review from three stars to five and suggesting to anyone who thinks the obi is missing to thoroughly check inside the sleeves again.

I am so happy with this Yukata
I got this Yukata for the Philadelphia Cherry Blossom festival, and I absolutely loved it!! I was a little worried being a man and rather tall that the Yukata would not fit right or be to short and it fit perfectly! I am extremely happy with this product and it gave me an idea on ordering more kimono in the future!

XL Robe For M Sized Caucasian
Review #2. The M/L size should have fit, it was too small, and was returned. Just got the XL/61" length, put it in the washing machine with a dye catcher pad, and dried. It shrank, somewhat. DW told me it would have shrunk more if I had used hot water, alas, I'm good at a lot of things, not everything. Back to the robe. Arrived very stiff and indeed very long for a 5'6" giant like myself. Post wash, fabric was MUCH softer, with some shrinkage. DW will be shaving off about 4" from the bottom, adding 2 loops on the side for the Obi (yes, it is included, look in the Left sleeve), and possibly front pockets if there is enough selvage. The "proper" size for me was too tight across the chest and (ahem) the belly. The XL is fine, it's just long. If you are 5'9-6', length should be fine. DW insists that I repeat that if you are purchasing clothing from an Asian manufacturer, go up 2 sizes from their recommendation. Beautiful Yukata, very nice pattern, very pleasant fabric after washing, shoulders, arm length, chest, belly all fit very well after washing, just needed a bit of shortening. Would definitely buy again, and in a different pattern. I really like the white and deep sky blue dragons.

Great Yukata, but the delivery (!!!)
This is a genuine Japanese cotton yukata, like you'll find in a nice onsen (bath house) or ryokan (traditional inn), and good quality. I needed to replace my 14 year old one that I bought in Tokyo and this is the real deal. I use it as a bathrobe for the hot humid summer months and there's nothing better. Also they have "American sizes" which is helpful if you're tall, and the measurements are accurate.HOWEVER: the delivery is slow. My delivery date was "updated" 3 times, and it took me almost a month to get it. Seems like it took a long time to ship the product. Once it actually shipped I got it in 2 days.So if you're willing to wait, it's the real thing and good quality. But if you're in a hurry you might want to try elsewhere.

beautifully made yukata with fine printed pattern
I wanted a summer robe to replace the light cotton yukata that my parents bought for me in Japan 50 years ago. This one is somewhat heavier cotton with a firmer feel to it but is also cool and very comfortable for a warm night. My only negative comment is that the length is not as described, but several inches longer. I am 5'8" tall and the large size comes all the way down to the floor which is not what either the pictures or the dimensions provided indicated. Fortunately I don't mind that and the excellent quality makes up for the somewhat misleading description

Cheap and Missing Obi
You get what you pay for, but not completely. This item is cheap. The fabric is thin, much thinner than a "real" yukata. That was a disappointment, but I guess I shouldn't have expected much. What kills me though is it SAYS it comes with an obi (belt). Nope. No belt. And I ordered 2 different yukata's and neither had a belt. Now I get to sit at a sewing machine making one because I don't have time to order an obi before a presentation on Japan I need to do. Basically, I'm screwed because of false advertising. How VERY un-Japanese.

Good Fit & Comfortable
The sizes listed in the ad are accurate. I did wash this in cool water on the gentle cycle in my washer and dried it on low heat, wrinkle control (gentle), in the dryer and had no shrinkage. For comparison on the size, I purchased the 55, Medium and it fits as I expected it to. I am 5-10, 175 lbs, 35-36 waist and the bottom of the garment touches the bottom of my ankles. Probably enough room for a slightly heavier person. It is very comfortable cotton and not too thin. Please be sure to follow the washing instructions and I think you will find this to be a good robe.

Feels Horrible
While it says cotton on the label, I can't see how that could be the case. It feels rough like wearing a cheap tablecloth. Definitely not worth the $105 dollar price tag, super disappointing. I wouldn't even pay $50 for this.
