Great cover up
I recently moved into a townhouse. I have 2 areas (3x4) where there is tile (at the front door and the back door). The place is great but all I saw was the black dirty grout from the previous tenant. It was black it was so dirty. I tried to scrub it but it just would not come out. Since I'm renting I wasn't about to spend a lot of money to fix my problem. Then I got this product. It took me like 5 min to do each area. I just dabbed it into the grout, waited 2 min and wiped off the excess with the wet sponge. The next day I wiped down the tiles again just to get any remaining streaks off the tiles. OMG - it worked perfectly. My black dirty grout stains are gone!!! You cannot tell that it is covering up all that black dirt. It looks amazing, it looks brand new. Both areas stay pretty much dry, so I'm not sure how this would hold up in a wet environment. But I did this several months ago, and I do mop every week. And it still looks just as good as the day I did it.

more of a paint than a cleaner
I thought this product was a cleaner for grout, but in reality it is more like a paint. It works great though to make the grout look new, but you cannot treat only one area or else it is obvious. I ended up having to do my entire tile floor so it that it all matched but in the end it looked fantastic

Best stuff ever!!
I came across this product years ago and loved it! Moved to a new house that needed g rout cleaned..truthfully forgot all about using this years before. Went to the local box stores and bought multiple grout cleaners...they did not work so I returned them. I used baking soda and vinegar on my white grout and it worked beautifully!! Tried to use the same mixture on my tan grout...didn't work at all. Then I came across this on Amazon...and was so excited because it was what I used years before!! This is a dream to use!! You squeeze it on kind of like shoe polish. The package says to let sit a few minutes then wipe off excess. I would wait a few hours or even over night before you wipe off the excess..it's much easier. This stuff comes right off the tile with the sponge they give you so don't worry about letting it sit overnight on the tile. The color in the pictures is tan. It is on the lighter side of "tan" but works perfectly. The white is white. You will not be disapointed with this product!!

Watery solution that does not even work
This product is not at all as represented... It is very watery and you would have to apply many, many coats for coverage. They say it is tan but it is not even close to tan. Would not advise anyone to purchase it as it is a waste of money

BUDDY GROUT WORKS GREAT!!
I used this grout bully on this floor. The grout was an ugly grey. I did a large area but the bottle went far. I did a bathroom, foyer, dining area and cooking area. I love it because it does NOT absorb dirt and looks clean. The downside it is a bit time consuming to apply, but it can save you huge amounts of money avoiding replacement. It has created a beautiful floor. I love the tan color which is almost white next to the Porcelin tile. I read a few negative reviews saying it did not last!!!! The alternative is looking at dirty grout or spending thousands of dollars to have floor replaced! Like a new floor!!!A great find!!!!

Grout Bully
Grout Bully is easy to use but I wasn't happy with the results. I ordered the Tan color but it is pretty close to white. If I had white tile it would be fine. I tested an area with Grout Bully and tested another area with Mapei Grout Refresh. The Grout Refresh looks like a professional did my tile. It does indeed look like a brand new tile job. The Grout Bully looks like paint to me and it would need a second coat.

Not at all llike the commercial
I first saw this ad on tv and thought...wow what a great idea! This product sort of does what it advertises on TV, but I do doubt the mold/mildew "fighters" or anything like that that it claims to do (although I cannot test this for certain as I just used it yesterday and the grout in my kitchen is not exposed to water all the time and is not likey to accumulate that nasty stuff). It seems like a really expensive bottle of shoe polish for tile, but is not so easy as put on and wipe off (tile), and not a very thorough coverage either. If you want to get like new tiles, automatically like the commercial advertises, don't buy this.I only a tried a small area of the my miscolored tile grout as I did not want to do do the whole house and it not work or decide I didn't like it, so I only did the area around one of my large tiles in the kitchen. I bought the tan which is what the color of my grout should be, but after so many years or dirty feet, animal stains, spills, and who knows what else, I thought that perhaps this stuff woud make it look new again like the ad and I was not as happy as I should have been.First, you clean the grout. Let it dry and then apply the polish. The tv ads make it seem like you apply, and immediately wipe off and it is new again which is NOT the case. I know that if it's too good to be true, it probably is, but I was hopeful! You apply the "dye" and let it sit for a minimum of two minutes although in the directions it says that it could take up to TWO HOURS to let it dry! It was easy to apply and the bottle is just like that of shoe polish. I did not wait two hours and perhaps that's part of where I went wrong, but who has that kind of time for a large home!? I waited about 5 minutes and wiped dry with the sponges provided. Even on the small amount of tile I colored, two sponges were not enough. I felt like I was just rubbing dye in everywhere, and did not want to wash it out for fear that the residue water in the sponges would mess up my project. When I did wipe it off (I had to use paper towels as well) not only did it dye the grout, but the edges of the tiles as well! I had to scrub extra hard to get it off those.Overall, not a clean wipe off (plus extra time cleaning the dyed tiles), and furthermore, I could still see the dirty grout under the polish in the grout! It just sort of put a layer of color over it. Maybe more than one application is needed, but I do not have the time and will probaby just call a service to clean my grout lines, but I was hoping for a cheap, quick fix and this is not either of those for any size of home.Perhaps my issues could be fixed by waiting longer for it to set in (but I feared if I did I would not get it off the tile) or reapplying after the first coat dried (but I do not have that kind of time) so unless you have all the time and patience in the world and a small area to work with, I would consider something else for that dirty grout.

It Works - with an update as promised.
I just used the tan in my kitchen and it looks as good as it did the day it was installed 1998. I will add a review after a few months as to how it stands up but it looks perfect.Okay it has been several months and it is still perfect. I am one picky housewife and this it has held up beautifully on my ceramic kitchen tile. I purchased more already.
