When our son picked up the laptop by the screen and broke it, we thought we would have to go shopping for a new laptop even though this one was only 2 years old. This replacement was an exact replica of the original and very simple to install myself. Just a few screws to remove, disconnect one cable and it was done. It was even easier to reassemble. Worth every penny.

Bought this for a broken screen on SONY VAIO. Product arrived in nice packaging. Installed the new LED screen, did not work. Tested on another VAIO we have, did not work, "dead on arrival". Sending it back. Was hoping to get a replacement, but a refund is good enough. Easy return process and free shipping label. Thats why I'm giving it 3 stars.

Ordered this to replace the cracked screen on wife's laptop. We were going to buy a new laptop until she found these screens on Amazon. She replaced the screen herself. Simple to do. Saved us hundreds of dollars by replacing the screen instead of the laptop. Screen is just like the original..

Item received on time though I have Amazon Prime. Install was reasonably ok but practiced with the old one since anyway one need to open to figure out the part name/number. Works great so far (just couple of days though).
