Linortek IoTMeter WiFi Hour Meter (WiHM) is a self-contained, network enabled, custom developed device that can be used on all types of equipment especially for mobile equipment to collect run time data for preventive maintenance. It is built on Linortek TCP/IP web-based product platform housed in an IP66/67 Polycarbonate enclosure which can connect to the LAN through WiFi. It equips with 2 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs (1-Form-A 48V@1A), and 1 analog input, impact sensor and specially designed software that functions as an hour meter. The hour recording can be triggered by different ways: relay output, digital input or voltage input. There are two versions of the software, one where meter readings are resettable and the other non-resettable. With the WiHM, you can monitor the usage, impact, temperature, voltage and more, to insure proper maintenance and receive visible or audible alerts when service is required. It’s a simple, reliable and affordable solution for industrial, manufacturing, airport, golf course and equipment rental companies to collect equipment data, eliminating the need to physically visit equipment and without paying monthly fees. One of the keys to performing optimal maintenance is knowing when to perform it. With the WiHM, whether you are maintaining one piece of equipment or multiple pieces, you can monitor all equipment run time data from our HourCollector desk app on a PC from one interface. When the equipment passes within the WiFi range, the WiHM will automatically connect and report its current run time data. For anyone who needs to incorporate the hour readings into their own management software, you can transfer the data automatically with the RESTful API or send hour reading data via XML to manage equipment across single or multiple locations or simply use the file of csv data that is saved on the PC.
