Once it arrived, and I began to read the quotes and the book, I stopped reading Ms. Kotb's writing. I began putting sticky notes to my daughter throughout the book, because I wanted to give my daughter my thoughts, as well, without any influence. THEN, I read Ms. Kotb's thoughts, which were beautiful and personal and so amazingly insightful. I am hoping that it is understood the appreciation for this conglomeration and my creative out-take with my daughter...she'll be heading to college in a couple of years. I wanted for her to have perspectives when tough nights at school came about.
